Parting ways with Sprout
Today I’m parting ways with Sprout as we have made a mutual agreement to put me on the transfer list.
I’m sad that it had to end this way, but it was pretty clear that we had different visions for how to operate the team.
There was a lot of disagreement on how to manage and structure the team. As most of you know, we had several roster changes, role changes and trials of new players in a very short span of time, which left very little time to find the identity of the team. I never really found my footing, and never got to fulfil my visions for this project.
This means Sprout and I will now go our separate ways. I want to thank the guys and the management for six enjoyable months. Our run to the Rio Major is something I’ll never forget! I wish the team the best of luck going forwards.
