Reason of disbanding the SA / SEA lineup
After investing my everything into esports for more than 6 months I have decided that I won’t be continuing my SA / SEA lineup any further . This decision is mutual between players , coach and management. Everyone been paid till the last day they have worked with us . Just so people know I would specify some reasons of disbanding.
SA - We didn’t have a fixed playing 5 and 1-2 players wanted a break for there mental + when we finally got our confirmed playing 5 things went south and the team decided to disband .
SEA - 1 of the most imp was the undefined rules by the government for international payments and Esports in India , 2 of the players weren’t Filipino and didn’t have perfect English we decided to make lineup full PHP but then chrisM who was born and brought up in Canada had to go back to Canada for his passport renewal which would atleast take 3 months and then there wasn’t really much to do in PH and because of seeing no results in 3 months we decided to disband our SEA lineup as well .
Female team - though we had minor disagreements but were sorted mutually and we would be continuing with our female lineup .
Future plans - Personally I want to rebuild my SA lineup When time and players are right . I alr have my eyes on some players so let’s see 👀
Now if we talk abt player experience in the org who worked with me before or is still working with me can vouch for me :) .
It was a great time being there in the industry making such good new friends , meeting such nice people like Equinox , xenoo , Ching , Soulm8 and soo soo many more from both the teams and the community , this is all from my side I hope I was able to contribute a bit towards growing Esports and will try to the same in future . Also if anyone wants me to manage there team they can DM Me , I have too much free time and can manage team for fun and experience :)!
