Major life update
I'm joining the Hearthstone Battlegrounds design team next month! I just got my US work visa approved but still can't believe it-- I'm moving to California at the end of August.
A huge thank you to the many people I bothered for help and feedback during the application process, and to everyone on the team that decided to take a chance on me. I'm endlessly grateful for the opportunity and truly look forward to working on the game that's shaped my life for the past 6 years.
As for casting: I'm likely still able to finish my obligations for the rest of the year but will be retiring afterward. I could write a whole novel on my feelings about this plus two sequels thanking everyone who was part of it, but it's not goodbye just yet! I'll still be working GM this weekend, but taking playoffs off to deal with moving things. The nostalgia tweet can wait.
I highrolled like crazy to cast for this long and to have the HS community be so supportive. Aiming to do you all proud from the inside, now <3
