Talking about recent Soft Mod Progress and stuff (Send-Off Update)

Hey ya'll! If you're unfamiliar with who I am for the most part, then I'll introduce myself by saying that a few months ago I was transferred directorship of Soft Mod by Shini/Tama, and since then I've been directing the project all by myself

I know there are still plenty of people out there who're unaware that Soft Mod is actually receiving an update, so I'll just clear the air by saying yes, it's still very much in progress to happen, even despite Shini/Tama not being very involved with the FNF community anymore (she and I have actually been bouncing ideas off each other over the past couple days). However I'll admit that progress lately has been pretty slow, and I'll explain why

So if you haven't read the April progress update post I suggest you do that first cause it gives much more context ( https://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1ss10u2 ). Other than that, I've been trying to get by with working with exclusively the OG soft team to maintain as much as 'the same' vibes the mod has had. But I realized over the course of the past few months that most of the former art team has went inactive / aren't really interested in the project anymore. It took a while for that to settle in for me, and I apologize, but now that I'm aware of that I've recently been taking the time to recruit fresh new talented members for the team, and it's been going really well so far!

Although I think we're still going to need more help, and I've been putting this off for a long time because of how it would destroy my messages and notifications, but I'm going to be opening applications publicly on the Soft Mod twitter in the near future to join for art related work

As for what's happening with the mod itself, we've been getting a lot more ambitious with this update, and as far as current plans go, I'm really shooting for this to be the final send off. So that means that our plans for the 'Glow Up-Date' and the Senpai update have been combined. I believe it's for the best, because it's been so long since the initial release (over a year now wow), so I really want this update to be the best it can be for ya'll

I'll end off this post by saying that there has been significant progress in other departments, most of the voice lines have been recorded by our VA team, and I've been carrying the music, charting, directing, and communication since those I can do.
