Roster's situation
I just want to express my point of view and how I felt since Radosin left (even tho I could say many things before).
So we tried many players with saizen, including exotiik, juicy and noly. It went really really good with those 3. We got noly as our last try so we told juicy that we will not take him. In the same evening, 1 day before the end of the trade window, Exotiik went to SMPR and noly to KC. So we had no one (except Oscillon but we struggled a bit playing with him). We saw Stake benched so we took him. And this is where it started.
Saizen kept telling me "we did the wrong choice" (saying it in french, in comms mid RLCS), talking to others saying that if he knew, he would have pick someone else, blablabla.. So he clearly wasnt motivated having Stake by our sides, trashing him in the first regional while he was literally the best player on our team.
Trust me, teaming with him for almost 2 years have been really hard. There were some really good fucking moments, but also some hard ones, like this one. And I just can't handle it anymore, I can't stand his differents moods: from having an argument with the coach to motivated to trash his teammate to motivated ; he was talking french in comms which i really hate because I felt like Stake was excluded ; he had already some fines and warnings,...
Resolve really put many many efforts there to help us mentally and in-game, with AJ dedicating a lot of his time trying to understand us and help us get better and stuff.
I just really can't anymore, this is too much for me, this is why I and we took the decision to bench him. We might not qualify (who knows) but we will have some fun atleast!
