Roster Change - PG Nationals Spring Split 2022
Good morning eagles,
For two weeks Emanuele "Khema" Conti has taken the place of Maciej "Blue45ty" Zaremba on the roster playing as Jungler and therefore bringing Dušan "Lotuss" Nedeljković to play scrim and official games from Support role.
This decision was made both by the coaching staff but also thanks to the latter's willingness to help the team overcome a complicated period given the immediate lack of a new support within the team.
This situation was clearly momentary given and considering that Dušan "Lotuss" Nedeljković rightly wants to continue his career as a jungler and doesn't want to change his role in any way. The situation lasted over a week due to the new rules for roster changes that don't allow us to easily change the roster between one week and another (in this regard there are strengths and weaknesses but in our situation it was very complex snap out of it).
So, we would like to thank Emanuele "Khema" Conti who gave his best for the cause both from a mental point of view (which is what we needed) but also from a moral and commitment point of view. He really changed the situation of the team from critical to stable and we are grateful for that, but from next week, Dušan "Lotuss" Nedeljković will be back in Jungle.
Due to this, due to the lack of support within our starting lineup, we have carried out lengthy research and lengthy internal discussions between staffers and players.
We have reached a common solution which, unfortunately, also implies having to unjustly greet Damian "Dambaj" Bajor who has played a splendid championship so far but for internal reasons and given the circumstances on the new change in the support role, we had to make this decision, unhappy and painful.
In thanking the player, we gave him the opportunity to remain an integral part of the team as a substitute in order to obtain the LTR Status for the Summer Split 2022 as per rules, in order to be able to work more easily in the future with him or himself will be able to find a team within our league, being a new Italian LTR.
At the end of what has been described, tomorrow afternoon, the new adc and support will be announced and they will play the rest of the regular season and eventually the playoffs.
