Hi, I'm Yuu and I'm the former TL for the Agent team. I will now give my point of view.
I have joined the TL team back in late august.
At first everything seemed fine and we were all good friends hanging out with each-other. Until everything went down in September.
Due to various circumstances, Vera, Nimu and Krys wanted to leave the TLs and the server. Nimu and Krys were selected as talent, and Vera was offered to be a ninth talent. Vera declined. A couple weeks after contacting all selected talent, the actions and words of the other co owners and the three of them convinced them to leave.
I've offered my help so many times as I saw the entirety of the group slowly falling down when Vera left her post and everyone else left the server. No one reached out to me. And they dared saying we lacked communication, yeah, we did.
Things kept getting worse.
The art contest was rigged. Someone used a few users to boost their submission, and instead of disqualifying them, they decided to change the time stamps manually and distribute the votes amongst others.
They've been doing shady shit within the discord server too. Revoked the admin role to the admins, revoked their access to see the audit-logs because "auttaja does the same" just so we couldn't see what they were doing to the roles and channels. They putted their friend group above and ahead of everyone on their server. Instead of interacting with the community, they kept spending their time in those hidden channels.
"Galactic Federation" had their own voice channels and text channel that were visible by the admin role and got revoked not long after Vera, Krys and Nimu left.
I've got an "official warning" for "misconduct" within the "staff members" because I DARED asking Komu about "what the fuck" was going on within the server as no one was informed the "Galactic Federation" role was ABOVE everything other roles (including admins) and shit was hidden from us.
I've got mistreated, and I feel that they sucked everything they could from me. I made my team work so hard on CLIPS and VODS/Best-ofs to respect our deadline before the videos could disappear. And all that for FREE, for them to say during a staff meeting : "It is better to use talents clips as those event clips "didn't represent the community".
They did interviews in my back when I expressevily said I'd like to be PART of the interviewers for the few new Agents that came into my team. They said the only and FIRST interview I ever did to one of the Agent (that got refused btw) that my, and my 2IC (MorphMess) notes were poorly done. God if only you saw the notes they made for that poor Traigongames person.
I was proud of being part of this community. I was happy. But seeing all this now, it makes me regret applying and helping for everything. I am done.
