Apology to Yinsu Collins
During the first strike, I made a tweet containing unwarranted criticism towards Su on the analyst desk. The tweet was unwise and made out of frustration; I should have considered the impact that a tweet like this can have on someone and thought about what I was saying. On top of this, people took this opportunity to send targeted abuse at Su. I do not in any capacity condone this type of behaviour, and anyone who felt that was the right thing to do should be ashamed of themselves. I accept full responsibility for my comments and the trouble it has caused her and deeply regret it.
I shouldn't be commenting on how an analyst desk is performing, nor should I do it in such an unprofessional manner. I will learn from this mistake and make sure I use my social platforms for spreading positivity. I wish Su the best in her career; she's a talented person who deserves all the support we can give her.
