TL;DR:
La squadra GG&Esports ha comunicato di aver terminato il contratto con David “Sky” Koppmann e di non avere più a disposizione un roster conforme all’articolo 2.4.3 del regolamento ufficiale della competizione.
Come conseguenza, i GG&Esports perderanno la scelta del side per tutte le partite rimanenti della stagione regolare del PG Nationals o fino a quando il roster non sarà conforme all’articolo 2.4.3.
CONTESTO:
Nella giornata di domenica gli Ufficiali di Torneo hanno ricevuto comunicazione ufficiale dalla squadra GG&Esports di aver mutualmente rescisso il contratto che li legava al giocatore David “Sky” Koppmann richiedendo la rimozione dal roster.
La squadra, a partire dalla prossima giornata di campionato, non sarà quindi più in grado di soddisfare l’articolo 2.4.3 del regolamento ufficiale riguardo il minimo numero di giocatori da mantenere nel roster dopo una qualificazione tramite il promotion tournament (3 su 5) per le restanti partite della stagione regolare.
La squadra ha lavorato e collaborato nelle scorse settimane con gli Ufficiali di Torneo ed altre parti interessate per trovare un giocatore che potesse essere inserito nel roster per renderlo nuovamente conforme al regolamento, e continuerà a farlo fino al termine della stagione.
RULING:
GG&Esports ha violato l’articolo 2.4.3 del regolamento ufficiale del PG Nationals.
GG&Esports perderà la scelta del side di gioco per le rimanenti 6 partite di stagione regolare o fino a quando non presenteranno nuovamente un roster regolare.

“I team che hanno guadagnato la qualificazione al PG Nationals tramite Promotion Tournament, devono inserire all'interno del Roster del PG Nationals almeno 3/5 dei Titolari Attivi che hanno disputato l'ultima partita del Promotion Tournament che ha permesso la qualificazione al campionato. I suddetti giocatori devono rimanere all'interno del Roster per l'intero split del PG Nationals;”

TL;DR:
The team GG&Esports has communicated to have terminated the contract with David “Sky” Koppmann, and therefore it does not have a roster that fulfills article 2.4.3 of the official PG Nationals rulebook.
As a result, GG&Esports will lose side selection for the remaining games of PG Nationals regular season or up until the roster will be compliant again.
CONTEXT:
Last Sunday it was communicated to League Officials that GG&Esports and David “Sky” Koppmann mutually agreed to terminate his contract. The team has requested the player to be released from the roster.
Therefore, starting from the next play day, the team will not be able to fulfill article 2.4.3 of the official rulebook regarding the minimum number of players to keep in the roster while coming from a promotion tournament (3 out of 5) for the remainder of the split.
In the last few weeks, the team has worked and cooperated with the League Officials and other stakeholders to find a player that could be added to the roster to make it compliant with the rulebook, and it will keep making this effort until the end of the split.
RULING:
GG&Esports has violated article 2.4.3 of the official PG Nationals Rulebook.
GG&Esports will lose side selection for the last 6 games of regular season or up until the roster will be compliant again.

“The teams that have obtained the qualification to PG Nationals through the Promotion Tournament, have to register in the PG Nationals Roster at least 3/5 of the Active Players that have played the last game of the Promotion Tournament that allowed the team to be qualified. Said players have to stay in the roster for the entire PG Nationals Split”
