Leaving Nora, unpaid salaries and more / Saindo da Nora

Unfortunately, this had to happen. I didn't want to leave but it's the only choice I have at the moment. Thursday is my last day on the team.

At the end of August, a scandal involving Nora's owner Kizoku was made public. Accusations of delayed salaries and unpaid prize money. After these accusations, everything fell apart for the org. The team lost multiple sponsors and my salaries stop coming. The last payment I received was at the end of July and we're now in October. I'm still trying to solve this problem with the help of Jinku, our Team Manager but it's really hard to talk with Kizoku at the moment. I have multiple DMs without an answer and the last time I got a response from him was more than a month ago. And All I get is more and more excuses. I'm basically in the dark about my future because Kizoku is ignoring my contract and basically disappeared.

I love this game, I love working with the team but we all have obligations as adults and I can't keep working for free and with zero support from the org.

I want to thank the boys for this opportunity. I had a great time working with them. The results were not what we were expecting but the team went through a lot this year. Multiple roster changes in just a few months, the salary situation, and more. We couldn't adapt to these problems soon enough and that's on us, for sure. With that said, they're improving and all of them still have a lot of hunger to win. They'll be back on form.

I'll still try to receive my unpaid salaries, so I want to thank Jinku for helping me a lot during this period.

With all that said, I'm now looking for a new team. I can work as a Coach, 2nd Coach and/or as an Analyst. I'm open to offers from ALL REGIONS. If you have an offer, please feel free to send me a DM.

Infelizmente essa é minha única opção. O jogo de quinta é o meu último no time.

No fim de Agosto, um escândalo envolvendo o dono time Kizoku se tornou público com acusações de salários atrasados e o não pagamento de premiações Depois dessas acusações, tudo começou a dar errado na Nora. O time perdeu todos os seus patrocinadores e meu salário parou de chegar. A última vez que recebi um pagamento foi no fim de Julho e já estamos em Outubro. Eu ainda estou tentando resolver esse problema com a ajuda do Jinku, nosso Manager. Mas tem sido quase impossível falar com o Kizoku atualmente. Eu tenho várias DMs sem nenhuma resposta e sempre recebo um monte de desculpas quando consigo contato. Estou no escuro quanto ao meu futuro porque o Kizoku está ignorando meu contrato e praticamente desapareceu.

Eu amo esse jogo, amo trabalhar com o time mas ao mesmo tempo tenho obrigações e não posso trabalhar de graça e sem nenhum suporte da org como vem acontecendo.

Eu quero agradecer aos players pela oportunidade. Não tivemos o melhor ano como um time. Vários altos e baixos. Além dessa situação dos salários, tivemos duas mudanças de line em um curto período de tempo, além de outras coisas internas. Não dos adaptamos a tempo a todos esses problemas, e isso é nossa culpa.Mas essa line tem um potencial enorme e muita vontade de vencer. Tenho certeza que eles vão voltar a ser o grande time que já foram antes.

Eu ainda vou tentar resolver o problema dos salários não pagos, então quero agradecer ao Jinku pela ajuda todo esse tempo.

Agora estou procurando por um novo time. Posso trabalhar de Coach, 2º Coach e/ou de Analista. Estou aberto a propostas de TODAS AS REGIÕES.
