FR/EN - Benched from NiP
Je peux comprendre que NiP ait souhaité changer de direction et je tiens à les remercier pour l'opportunité et leur confiance. Malheureusement, je suis toujours dans l'incompréhension face à ce choix après seulement 2 mois.
Pendant ces 2 mois, j'ai toujours reçu les louanges de NiP et du coach depuis son arrivée pour mon travail et la valeur ajoutée que j'apportais à l'équipe. On m'a toujours dit que je faisais un excellent travail et on ne m'a jamais fait le moindre reproche.
J’ai donc été félicité, récompensé, encouragé à continuer, puis remercié.
Vous ne pouvez pas imaginer la frustration et le sentiment d'injustice que je ressens, lorsque tout le milieu professionnel dans lequel tu évolues te porte à croire que tout va bien et te félicite pour ton travail pour finalement t'écarter du jour au lendemain parce qu'il fallait faire un choix. Je suis juste déçu qu’il n’y ait pas eu de dialogue entre les joueurs et le coaching staff/management de NiP pour explorer les options et pour le futur de l’équipe.
Ne nous méprenons pas, je suis tout à fait d'accord avec le fait que les performances n'étaient pas au rendez-vous : nous avons toujours fini 3ème/4ème aux Ignition Series que nous avons joués. Je peux également comprendre qu'un changement est requis mais je suis triste que ça se termine aussi vite.
Je souhaite le meilleur à Charles, Niels et Emir, en espérant qu'ils continueront à s'épanouir dans ce nouveau groupe.
J'aimerais aussi remercier Lukas, Fabian, Sabina, Robin, Simon et Jonas pour le travail et les moments que nous avons passés ensemble, j'ai rencontré des personnes formidables chez NiP !
Je donnerai des nouvelles de mon futur sur Valorant au plus vite

Today NiP has decided to change direction and I would like to thank them for the opportunity and their trust. Unfortunately, I still do not understand this choice after only 2 months.
During these 2 months, I have always received praise from NiP and the coach since his arrival for my work and the added value I brought to the team. I was always told that I was doing a great job and I was never given the slightest reproach.
So I was praised, rewarded, encouraged to continue, and then benched.
You can't imagine the frustration and the feeling of injustice I feel when the entire professional environment in which you work leads you to believe that everything is going well, congratulates you on your work and then, overnight, you are dismissed because a choice had to be made. I'm just disappointed that there was no dialogue between the players and NiP's coaching staff/management to explore the options and for the future of the team.
Make no mistake, I totally agree that the performances were not there: we always finished 3rd/4th at the Ignition Series we played. I can also understand that a change is required but I'm sad that it's coming to an end so quickly.
I wish the best to Charles, Niels and Emir, hoping that they will continue to flourish in this new group.
I would also like to thank Lukas, Fabian, Sabina, Robin, Simon and Jonas for the work and the moments we spent together, I met great people at NiP!
I will give news of my future on Valorant as soon as possible.
