Mangs, you can’t run away from this.
Most of you on here more than likely don’t know me or ever heard of me, but I’ve been watching Mangs’ content back in 2015 and I joined the Ft Mangs Facebook page in 2016. For those of you part of the Fort, my name is Lindsay Elizabeth. I use the name InsaneNoire on Twitter as well as YouTube, Tumblr, and a few others.
I’m here to address the accusations against Mangs. I want to share my part of the story and my experiences with him. Now, to tell you the truth, some will see this as a controversial opinion, but I always take online accusations at face value. That is, I read it and I don’t immediately go “oh I believe them!” I take what’s said seriously and try to find the truth behind it. Based on my past experiences and the time I’ve been interacting in the fort, I can say for certain Mangs 100% did what he’s being accused of. I’ve been here before Goose, Mekkah, Cyan, and others.
So here’s my story:
I had just turned 25 when I joined the Ft and Mangs was 27 at the time, so we’re not too far apart in age. He started messaging me on Facebook after I commented on a post of his. Unlike many of these girls’ stories, he didn’t start of commenting on my appearance. We were talking about some common interests, such as karate and Fire Emblem. I told him I cosplay and he became very interested in the cosplays I’ve done. It’s when he started focusing more on my appearance than my personality. I just kind of went with it. I had recently gotten out of a toxic friendship/relationship and I guess I really liked the attention he was giving me. Our convos started to become flirty.
Now in September of 2016, he started a Corrinquest stream on Twitch where he’d recruit other people’s Corrins into his copy of Fire Emblem Fates Conquest and use them in his playthrough. He gave me the option to submit my Corrin, which I was happy to do. I submitted a witch Corrin named Layla. If any of you remember the first Corrinquest stream, Layla was killed by a magic counter when Mangs was busy talking about politics and Pepe there Frog. It sort of became a meme from then on, but short lived. But that’s besides the point. We got continuously flirty during that time. Messages sent back and forth between each other got more and more obscene. I may have been 25 but I was kind of in a dark place (cliche I know) and dealing with a lot of self esteem issues. I normally would hate talking to someone like this on the internet, but again, I just went with it because I liked the attention he gave me.

I honestly feel gross and ashamed for having these convos. Even more so for sharing these images. People probably think I’m a dumb whore. I was acting stupid and desperate. It’s disgusting.
Our messages started becoming less frequent all of a sudden. I believe it’s because Mangs started taking interest in a girl by the name of lovelylatias, who we will refer to as Lati. Lati was maybe 18 or 19, I can’t remember. For whatever reason I thought Mangs thought I was special and then he started seeing Lati as special. I interacted with him on Twitch even less after that.
In November, Lati came to visit Mangs in Norway and I was quite shocked. It was shortly after I left the fort, because truthfully, Lati was being rude to people. It was around then I started talking regularly to his former designer Mina. Mina was upset with Mangs allowing Lati to be in the fort and continuously rude to people. Now I do not have receipts for this, but it’s really not the point of this post. I mostly mentioned it because Mina and I started a friendship shortly after that.
I believe a user named tomefaire? mentioned this in her story, but I was informed of the little Mangs harem thing on skype. I was not a part of any Skype group. I was not invited to the group and I think it’s because I’m a bit older the girls he invited to the group. He probably knew I’d be able to see through his bs. When I was informed of this group I was shocked. I think I would have puked my guts out if I saw that group. He was still 27 then. I had started to see what kind of person he really was when he started a relationship with Lati. I eventually sort of shrugged it off.
Fast forward a year later I rejoined the ft again. Mangs ended his relationship with Lati (she’s actually now married to his best friend, I’m serious). I continued to enjoy the ft and Mangs’ content and have regular communication with Mina.
In August of 2018, Mangs went to visit Mina in her hometown of Buenos Aires for about 2 weeks. I was excited and jealous of both of them. It seemed like from the photos they posted they had a good time. Well then, all of a sudden, in September of 2018, Mina dropped this bombshell on me: https://i.imgur.com/6tmTXf0.png

I was in complete shock. Maybe I should have seen this ahead of time but I legit had no idea. I feel I should have though. He always commented on women’s tits and stuff but I thought it was all joking and fun. This dude is a complete incel and he really does treat all women the same. Mina sent me some convos:

I was silent about a lot of this drama in the community. Then one day someone asks where Mangs went. Yes this is the first time he “took a break” from social media. I cryptically write that I knew what was going on:

Some of you might be wondering why I waited to share all this information. Mina didn’t want to start drama back then with what he did. I decided to respect her wishes and not share the info. But after Goose’s confession today, which Mina informed me about, I decided it’s time to share it all, and she gave me permission to share the screenshots.
And a few days ago, Mina shared to me Mangs confesses something shocking to her when he “apologized” for his behavior when visiting Argentina:

Mangs, you need to tell the truth. I skimmed through your little “apology” to Goose. You are full of shit. Stop lying. You are 31 years old. You know right from wrong. You do not fucking use alcohol as an excuse for your actions. No one held you down and forced it down your throat. You knew damn well what you were doing. Are all these stories really lies? Why would Goose feel the need to make up a story like that? She truly cared about you. She never had anything bad to say about you until now.
I can’t believe I ever wished I was in Norway with you instead of Lati. Because now I know what you would have done to me. I had it happen before. And you said it happened to you too. You must have been so scared and afraid at what that person was doing to you. How do you think Goose felt when you were doing that to her? You should know how it feels, right? Why would you inflict that pain on another human being? Someone you considered a friend?

Why?
Mangs, it’s over. There’s no turning back from this. You’ve been exposed. Everyone knows it. All you can do now is tell the truth and get help. And leave the community. Leave all of us alone.
Mina, if you’re reading this, I love you and I’m so glad I was able to form a friendship with you. You’re seriously the best person I’ve ever met in the fort. If it wasn’t for you, I probably wouldn’t have ever known the true Mangs. Thank you for all that you’ve done for the fort and the rest of us!
