So I have been banned in valorant accused of cheating. here is the story and its a long one so be ready;
First, I've decided to make a smurf account like anyone else (pro players like hiko etc already done this) *Note that my main account is Immortal*, and i wanted to play and try to grind ranked with the account, and i only played 7-8 unrated games not even ranked yet. anyways, as some of you know, I've played high level csgo in my region (Middle east) and im well known in this region and im considered a decent player and i was playing for Team RvN which is considered one of the best in the region if not the best, went to lans and won a lot of them, and i had some experiences internationally for example ive played against Virtus.Pro in a showmatch back in 2015 and had another experiences, and i have 10k hours in csgo and i peaked 3k+ elo in faceit, with more than 2800 games, not going to talk about more details because thats not the point.

Why i've said all of this? whats the point? the point is, im a better player than the people i've played against, specially since its a smurf, and i had 0 MMR which match me up with players normally im much better than them, and obviously they thought i was cheating, and everyone was reporting me, even my teammates was reporting me and i think thats the reason why i got banned in my smurf. later on i have been banned and couldnt play: https://i.imgur.com/TjFrVsz.png (ban picture). And then i went to my main account and i got banned too so i guess its IP ban or hardware ban which is so weird because ive never did anything wrong.

I went to the valorant Support and made a ticket, waited for like 7-8 hours to get a reply, then that was the admin reply:

Ive tried to ask him why did i get ban, and did their Anti-cheat (vanguard) detected any suspicious thing, or Ive got the ban manually? or its because of the reports? as you see, he didnt help me with that, basically he said its a done deal we have ban you, stop trying to defend yourself because its done. thats literally what he is saying. the thing is, I DIDNT CHEAT! And i didnt open anything close to that, i didnt even look for 1% advantage unfairly, i played fps games since i was little boy, i never touched any suspicious programs, And im sure my pc is clean and i don't have anything that could be detect as a cheat, i know some people will say that "he probably opened something that considered a cheat while he doesnt know" and im telling you NO, my pc is 100% clean, and im sure i didnt and i never run any weird program, So the only thing im sure about, is the ban was either manually (by an admin) OR its because ive got tons of reports, and i already explained thats obviously i should be better than them.

Im hardcore gamer, and i had goals to become pro player, this is literally destroying dreams UNFAIRLY. i searched about it and i saw other people had the same problem as me even the pro player who plays for one of the biggest orgs G2 mixwell have been banned:

So thats the story, one thing i wanna note is that i use the "Network buffering" in valorant setting to : Maximum. which is the worst setting because i have a bad internet and high ping (120 average ping) and im playing from Kuwait to EU servers, so i use it, and it shows me lagging when you spectate me as a teammate but for me it doesnt. idk if it was the reason that let my teammates report me or because admin manually banned me because when you spectate me while i use maximum buffering with 100+ ping i look like im lagging. this is a video ive upload explaining it :

idk if thats relevant or not but i wanted to note that because i dont want to miss anything, because this is important, i know i've been banned unfairly, and maybe because my teammates who spectated me thought this was a cheat or something and doesnt know its because its from the setting, and note that the enemies doesnt see me lagging or anything its just when you spectate me.

In the end i wanna say i know i didnt cheat, i know i didnt run anything in the background, i know i didnt even try to get 1% advantage. And again, i know it is unfair ban, im so disappointed in riot. I trusted them, one of the reasons i stopped playing csgo is because the bad anti-cheat. i've never thought i will be in this ugly postion. All i want is; Riot please explain why i have been banned, and how i have been banned? is it manually/reports/anti cheat detected something. whatever, i wanna know. because i know im clean its driving me crazy not knowing the reason you feel me? its like sir, you will go to jail 20 years without explaining why? whats your feeling be like? I just wanna know why?

السلام عليكم ، اليوم تفاجأت اني اخذت بان في فالورنت وكان السبب اني متهم اني مشغل هاك.
بداية الموضوع اني سويت اكاونت ثاني ، سميرف مثل اي شخص ثاني ومثل اي لاعب محترف عالمي سواها مثل هيكو وغيره. وللعلم انه حسابي الأساسي رانكي فيه امورتال المهم اني سويت هالحساب لاني حبيت يكون عندي حساب ثاني وهالامر عادي جدا وكثير من المحترفين مسوينها ، ولعبت بالحساب الجديد 7 او 8 قيوم او ماتشات وكانت كلها في أنريتد او بمعنى اخر ماهي قيوم رانك اصلا لانه الحساب جديد. ومثل ما بعضكم يعرف اني شخص كنت محترف محلياً ولي خبرات عالميه بلعبة سي اس قو واسمي ولله الحمد معروف اني لاعب جيد ، وكنت العب لواحد من افضل الفرق اذا ماكانت الافضل محليا واللي هو فريق

ولعبت كثير بطولات لان ، وفزت كثير ، ولي خبرات عالمية ضد فرق محترفه مثل فريق فيرتوس برو ب2015 ، وافرقه اخرى عالمية مايحتاج اذكر لانه مو هذي نقطتي.
واكاونتي في فيس اس ات وصلت لأكثر من 3000 إيلو بأكثر من 2800 قيم وعندي اكثر من 10 آلاف ساعه في سي اس قو، وماراح اتكلم عن خلفيتي في سي اس قو اكثر لانه مو هنا النقطه.

باختصار ليش ذكرت كل اللي فوق؟ اللي بوصله لكم اني طبيعي جداً اني راح اكون افضل من اللي ضدي خصوصا انه حساب جديد ، وشي طبيعي يدخلني مع ناس ماهم في نفس المستوى اللي انا فيه ، وطبعاً قالوا اني هاكر وغيره من الكلام وكثرت علي الريبورتات من اللي ضدي ومن اللي معاي ايضاً!
وبعدها في يوم او يومين تفاجأت اني اخذت بان وماكنت اعرف شنو السبب، خصوصا اني نهائيا ما صرت توكسك على اللي معاي فكنت مستغرب، وبعدها دخلت المين اكاونت او حسابي الاساسي وتفاجأت اني ايضاً ماخذ بان فيه ، ورحت كلمت حساب الدعم لـ ريوت قيمز وحاولت افهمهم بكل ما احمل من كلام وهذا كان ردهم:

مخصتر كلام الآدمن انه البان ماراح ينفك ، وانه القرار نهائي ، وانه البان كان سببه انك كنت مشغل هاك ومافي مجال للنقاش بإختصار.
حاولت طبعا اني أسأله ما هو سبب البان؟ هل برنامج الحمايه هو اللي شاف شي في جهازي؟ ام البان كان يدوي عن طريق ادمن مثلا؟ ولا سببه الريبورتات؟
ومثل ما انتو شفتوا رده ، ما عطاني مجال نهائياً للنقاش ولا وضح اي شي تجاه الموضوع ،ولا عطاني فرصه للدفاع عن نفسي، والأمر العجاب اني انا ما عمري بحياتي غشيت او شغلت هاك!! ولا حاولت انه يكون عندي افضليه على اللي ضدي نهائيا بالغش او غيره. وانا العب الشوتنق قيمز من وانا طفل ما عمري بحياتي ابداً قربت صوب هذي الامور وانا العب اكثر من 11 سنه العاب شوتنق.
وممكن في ناس بيقولون انه "يمكن انت مشغل شي بالجهاز ويحسبه الحمايه انه هاك" لا ابداً ما شغلت شي بحياتي ابداً فأتمنى تشيل هذي الفكره من راسك وانا متأكد جهازي نظيف وانا اكثر شخص يخاف على جهازه من هذي الامور المشبوهه.
فهذا الشي يوصلني الى شغله او شغلتين انه البان كان يدوي من أدمن أو كان بسبب كثرة الريبورتات فقط لاغير وانا وضحت فوق اسباب الريبورت كان انه مستواي افضل من ناس جديده وهذا شي طبيعي والخ..
انا انسان منافس ، والعب القيمنق دايما بتنافس ، وعندي اهداف اني اكون محترف في هذي اللعبه ، واللي قاعد يصير تدمير للأحلام ظلماً ، وانا بحثت عن امور مشابهه للي صارلي ووجدت هذي الشغلات :

هذي القصه كلها ، بس باقي شغله اخيره بقولها انه في اعدادات في فالورنت نفسها انا حاطها بهذا الشكل:

وهذا الشي يخلي اللي يشوفك تلعب كأنك تقطع بس اللي ضدك ما يشوف هالشي وحتى وانت حاطه ما يبين عندك هذا الشي وانا حاطه لانه النت عندي سيء وفوق هذا عندي بنق فوق ال 120

بنهاية الموضوع انا اطلب اول شي الدعم منكم. لاني ما انا انسان ما غشيت ولا شغلت هاك ولا فتحت حتى اي شي بالجهاز سواء مشبوه او حتى غير مشبوه
وما حاولت نهائياً انه يكون عنندي افضليه على اللي ضدي، ومره ثانيه اقول هالكلام البان كان ظلماً.
للأمانه جداً مصدوم من شركة ريوت ، كنت واثق فيهم جدا ومن الاسباب اللي خلتني اقطع سي اس قو انه الحماية سيئة ، فما عمري بحياتي توقعت اني اكون في هذا الموقع المحرج واللي يخلي سمعتي في الحضيض وانا شخص ولله الحمد ابداً ما سويت هذي الامور ولا قربت منها.
