About Olivia - Advise to ban her

Hello people, it's me, Danger Noodle.

I took my time to clear up everything relevant that happened in the smash community regarding Olivia. I will also explain and excuse my authoritarian immediate ban on Olivia, that was made without any information on my side and relied solely on the trust you all had in me as a community member.

First off. The start of this whole situation was marked by the day that Smuff (Ivan) posted a twittlonger
(https://twitter.com/Smuffgg/status/1231662155088437250?s=19)
about Olivias inappropriate behaviour towards minors of the smash community.
Smuff advised us other TO's in Switzerland to follow suit.
The Swiss Smash Committee took it as their 'obligation' to look closer at this case because in the Swiss German part she had a slightly different reputation and image.

But then the Corona time came in handy and let us discuss and reveal many more things about this situation and we didn't have to hurry with a decision since every offline tournament was cancelled anyways.

Although it is still unclear if Olivia has pedophilic tendencies, she did make members uncomfortable enough to contact and tell prominent community members like Smuff that they dont feel safe with her around.

She did post death threats to various players during our 3 month 'investigation', which is unacceptable on top of that she is emotionally unstable at the moment and we do not know what she might do. She got immediate professional help.

On the 30th of May I wrote in the Swiss TO chat that we should immediately ban her. I am sorry for not giving information but exactly on that day we received information from her which led us to call the police.
I hope this clears it up on why I had to rush things.

Tldr: I adivse to ban Olivia until further notice. I am sorry that I couldnt give any information when I advised an immediate one week ban on a TO.
If we see things change we will of cpurse discuss again and try to come up with a possible solution.
