OG.Seed and moving forward

Deciding to part ways with OG isn’t an easy decision, but regretfully all the players agree that it is the only course of action.

When the team joined OG to become OG.Seed the idea was to learn from the best and compete at the highest level. After returning from a successful lan at the Summit 12 we obviously face a different world now from then. The situation with Covid-19 has changed the dota scene a lot for the time being and has forced a lot more online competition. It quickly became apparent that we were not allowed to compete in the same online tournaments as OG, not just by way of invitation, but by way of open qualification etc.

This team was never interested in being or created to compete at a tier 2 level, and its with this in mind that the decision is clear for both OG, the organisation and the players as individuals that parting ways is the only clear path to future success.

The whole team would like to openly thank everyone from OG who has been working with us. Nobody leaves this partnership with any resentment etc. Everyone involved from OG has gone above and beyond what we were hoping for when we started this team. We don't want anyone to think we're not grateful for our time and we want everyone to know how much we appreciate what the OG organisation has done for us.

Going forwards we’re welcome to hearing from other organisations that are interested in working with us.

Don’t cry because it's over, smile because it happened!
