-The reason and why I feel it unfair-
I have to tell you the story while its fresh. So I got kicked from Salamander with the reason, too much bad decision making what's ruined our game. It didnt upset me because its possible to have bad decisions, what can be fixed especially if your teammates help and tell you that. I can count on my 2 hand, how much times did my "m8's" tried to help me, wrote me in pm or sat with me together and talked about the problems or even say "bro check this, you shouldnt do this" etc etc, while when we had any problems with one of our teammates in the past, if it was toxicity we sat all six together and tried to explain him his misstake, everyday! and how to work on it, even if it was ingame things like misstakes, bad decisions, overpeek before we kicked the guy we gave atleast 1-2 months trial every freakin time! There was a time when DEv/coolio made a lot of misstakes and we believed that they can understand it and we tried to tell them what was the problem and what is the best way to do in that situation.
Ps.: When they told me that I got kicked and I replied that they never helped me even if I asked for it, never gave me a trial, never expected that they have that big problems with me, and I would listen to any of my teammate if they want to say something to me, and the answer was: Its probably because im not on teamspeak after praccs for 2-3 hours to talk and have a good relationship. But cmon, on this level its a work where you have to help your teammates even if you're not in the best relationship and I believe that the tier1 players dont talk to eachother everyday and every single hour. To be honest I tried to make a good friendship with everyone in the team, like I was on teamspeak 1 hour before the pracc and 2-3 days a week I played pugs and was ready on teamspeak to talk.

-My role in the team-
Lot of you guys know that I was IGL and entryfragger at the same time, what is the worst combo EVER I believe. Its really hard to focus on your whole team even in CT/T, to read the enemy, to try to call the best midround scenario and in the same time focus on entry fragging. Once, some time ago I told to my team that I want to leave entryfragging because I couldnt focus on both and push my limits to the maximum, so I asked if I can be the support player because I would be more comfortable there and if I think about my IGL style, that would be the best option where I could've show 100% of myself. What was the answer? It was no, even if I told them I would really feel it and try it out. Why was the answer no? Still dont know. And what if we check statistics on hltv? Dont think that my statistics compared to my teammates was that bad at all while I was feeling bad in my role and probably this combo is the hardest one.

-My work on the team-
With this new lineup I got the IGL position and I was okay with that, lets try and I felt I can do that role well. Before, our team was heavy execute team what's pure shit when you executing 15 rounds in T side, because:
Once: its a gambling
Twice: needed 15min for the enemy to counter us by watching demo
Three: When you switching to CT side you wasnt rlly in the game because you played the same situation in T, that you did a thousand times = less own decision.
So I wanted to change on that and tried to do more and more default round with midround calls what is really hard when the players like executing where they can not get into a new situation and handle it well. But it paid off. I feel this is important to tell you, because that was a gamechanger in our game what's made us stronger.

-Salamander-
The organisation is the first professional in Hungary what's runned by my brother, who was the investor and put a lot of $ on it for more than 1,5 year without any sponsor. I think we got everything what we deserved, we had a halfly ready bootcamp house what we used for 3months, got salary and an open-minded CEO.
Ps.: I never ever made profit of this, I believe who know me that know what im saying.

So with this all I think its a stupid move by them without giving a chance.
Atleast I got more experienced as a player and as an IGL.
Now im looking for new opportunity, any role except AWP.
