Whether it’s true he said it or not, this is red flag of the truth: The push to the wall: The crunch: The crux: The fundamental every one has been crying all these decades, what ‘state police’ has been saying, what ‘community vigilante’ has been saying, what ‘neighbourhood watch’ has been saying, what NDSC means, what (the inevitability of) Amotekun is saying, and tragically the same thing what the whole bokoharam thing has ever meant! And that is: that number one duty & priority of government is security. Which immediately translates to mean ‘if government will not invest to educate AND to keep its citizens employed; it will be forced to employ and educate and arm its forces.’ One way or the other! The easy way or the hard way; the honourable responsible way or compelled under humiliating duress at great irreversible human costs! Third and last scenario is to physically lose legitimacy, even sovereignty, peacefully or violently.
Meanwhile, it is sinful to send soldiers against an enemy knowing (or professionally aught to have known) such a large (shortfall) number is REQUIRED in order to win.
