Tashvs9's cyber-bullying
Context:
tl;dr: I got high off edibles with Tashvs9’s bf and another friend, bad trip, didn’t end well
3 years ago, me, another friend and tashvs9's bf were chilling and doing edibles. Edibles weren't mixed well or something because the other friend wasn't feeling anything, while me and tashvs9's bf were tripping out. Tashvs9's bf kept saying "please call an ambulance", other friend didn't until an hour later because the dude's just high man. Ambulance came, dude ran out of the house with no shoes on into the ambulance. I puked on the corner of his bed, and went to the washroom and stayed there. Tashvs9's bf’s roommate found me and said "omg are you okay?", and came back and brought me some water. I don't know what happened after. Too high but somehow I got home. Next day I checked my phone there were a couple messages from her bf's snapchat from her which were from the night before asking me to leave his place. I tried to respond and say I was really sorry for everything and what happened but the snapchat message didn't go through as I was deleted off of his snapchat. Didn't get to message her directly but I did message her bf in our group chat with other said friend. I offered to come clean but it was already cleaned.

Around a month later, the same friend, I and Tashvs9's bf were playing pubg together and were in a discord. Tashvs9's bf mentioned that he never sees my snapchat stories anymore, I said it was because he deleted me off his snapchat. He responded that he was sorry and that he had no idea how that happened and re-added me. Few months later I get another message from her on snapchat saying ewww stop snapchatting my bf, tried to respond again to say sorry I didn't mean to cause problems and was again deleted before I could. Never talked to him again after that because I knew for sure now that his gf didn't like it and I didn't want to create problems for him in his relationship because he was a friend to me.

On February 3rd 2020, she suddenly joined my twitch and brought up that I got her bf high. I acknowledged it and told her that I was really sorry for what happened.

After 30 minutes of her slandering me on her main account Tashvs9, she leaves. Not long after “heatherheart” joins and states that she has known both Tashvs9’s and her bf for a long time. Tashvs9 later returns and says she does not know heatherheart, while heatherheart stated that she is sending clips and asking Tashvs9: https://tinyurl.com/heatherheartt

The frequency of the messages being sent by both heatherheart and Tashvs9 are also strikingly similar. When the chat users mention that they never see heatherheart and Tashvs9 here at the same time, their messages finally appear together, with Tashvs9 responding almost instantly to heatherheart’s message. Additionally, the capitalization and punctuation when Tashvs9 rejoins the stream at 4:32:00 differs. Prior, she was typing in only undercase. Heatherheart is also only typing in undercase. However when Tashvs9 rejoins the stream she suddenly starts capitalizing the beginning of each new sentence, in addition to now having sentence structures and periods. Tashvs9 continued to slander me and insult me for over 2 hours. Saying lies. Saying I never apologized. Accusing me of trying to kill her bf and promoting anorexia. Honestly, as someone who actually has trouble gaining weight and maintaining my current weight, the last part hit the hardest.

Stream ended in tears because I just couldn't understand why she continued to harass me even after I said I was sorry to her countless times. There were misunderstandings in the past. One of the main reasons why I didn't ban her was because I wanted to clear the air with her. Towards the end someone banned her because they couldn't take it anymore. That's when she started messaging me sending me whispers on twitch. I apologized again to her about it and she seemed to repent, and said let's move on.

I was going to drop it, but the next day when I woke up. I saw that she was back at it again slandering me on her social media platforms, and tries to justify that her cyber-bullying was done with "good reason".

She went as far as attempting to frame me as racist by taking words out of context.
Her clip vs my clip. Reference to dark was because we were talking about vegetables and I was comparing the color of her skin to that of a potato's skin. I never said she was ugly.

There's a reason why her twitch is currently unavailable and mine isn't. However, she's still playing it off like she did nothing wrong and when asked about what happened to her account, she states that she simply "deactivated" it to focus on school and her rank.
This isn't her first incident of cyber-bullying and definitely won't be her last. I don't want to mention the names of the other victims, because Tashvs9 has previously repeatedly created new accounts on both Twitch and Discord to harass them nonstop. How she gets away with it? Because the victims never speak out about it. If they tried to, she would only further torment them.
