Thank you, and farewell for now!

I have been asked about how I wanted to communicate my departure from North for weeks now, and it has been difficult for me to figure out the right way to say goodbye.

North has been a big part of my life and identity for the last 2 years and it has been the most challenging and rewarding experience in my professional career.

Thanks is a very small word to the great people I have had the chance to meet and work within Esports and I am so grateful that I got to experience the competitive side of gaming once again.

From today I will be working for Epic Games, where I will be working on developing their business, which is a step up for me and a move closer to my career ambitions. I will be moving to their office in Berlin, so I truly feel like I am leaving a whole life and a great chapter of my life behind.

I have nothing but the utmost respect for my players, colleagues, competitors, partners and the owners of North, who is trying to achieve and create something special in this exciting and highly competitive industry. I believe and hope that they manage to create a success, because it has been a tough battle and despite the best intentions and a lot of work, we fell short of our targets during my tenure.

Thanks to all of our fans, who have given us courage and energy no matter what! Thanks to all of the tournament organizers for giving me and my teams great and exciting experiences!

Lastly, my love for CS will never fade, so even though I will be changing Inferno and force buys out with Pleasant Park and the floss dance, I am sure that I will bump into some of you in the future at tournaments or other events.
