We were informed today by the owner of Excelerate that he wants to cut us moving forward and that the money for the org has dried up. In our contract it states that we cannot be terminated without cause and we have not breached any part of our contract. The only ways for us to be cut from the org was if we broke the contract, they paid the buy out, or the company has declared bankrupt. None of this has happened. If he was to cut us for cause we have not been informed on a reason and as far as I am aware I have not broken any part of the contract. At this time I would like assistance in understanding my options and my rights as a player. If you are able to help me or Javas please send us a direct message. Thank you.
