DWP granted permission to appeal

Dear fellow campaigners,
The DWP were denied permission to appeal the judgement that the WCA discriminates against people with mental health problems on a first attempt however they had a second route to obtain permission which was to apply directly to the court of appeals and we have learned that they have been granted permission by this court.
This is not the news we wanted but the Tories were never going to give up without a fight as they are desparate to destroy our welfare state. Needless to say we will be fighting back.
