OK, since everyone keeps asking and analyzing and blaming, I'll lay out for you what happened. Basically, the two Snarkies creators, Dana and Amy (that's me) decided to attempt to breathe a little life into the site two months ago. Part of the process was attempting to make Snarkier posts more reminiscent of our bygone days (if you don't remember Jesus 2.0 and "david is greater than all boybands," then you'll have no idea what we're talking about so this tweet is irrelevant to you). The current admins, who we admire and respect greatly and who had been working so hard to keep the site going, were not comfortable with the snark and left. It was just a difference in opinion in how the site should be run and presented. There is no drama. Sorry to disappoint.
