@rclemmons @CIOPaige @Ellucian Here's the thing. This was rightly called out, but OWNED by the CEO directly. She took it on, stated it was a miss and asked us to look at the whole picture, including the increase in diversity at the company. I respect that. We all make mistakes. Seeing it and owning it, then addressing to not repeat it, that's the key!
