@jcarver1169 I gave him a part number, and said it was an M8x1.25 w/ a 12mm head. Then he insisted the part number I gave him was 10mm. After much confusion, he said it was a 10mm ID (M10) then when I explained an M8 is an 8mm ID, so he's wrong, he literally pointed at his computer screen and said, "Bolts don't go by 'M8' here, they're 8mm." I go, "So, outside of the Toyota system, you've never purchased a metric bolt, nut or washer?!" He just looked at me, went back, got the nuts, and sent me on my way...
