One of two politicians I can take seriously when it comes to economics: Elizabeth Warren. It's about time we had someone in DC who isn't a "politician" but instead speaks their mind. Warren doesn't avoid taking a stand so that you can't nail her down, like almost everyone else in DC, she takes stands. If the Democrats nominate Clinton over her, they deserve to lose. And they might.

Above is a speech she gave on the Senate floor on Friday morning, talking about how Citigroup wrote a provision to gut the Dodd-Frank Act, which is designed to prevent the economic crash from 2008 from happening again, and Citi got it put on the tail of the federal budget! So, if the budget passes, it passes, and of the budget doesn't pass, the government shuts down!
