We have expressed our concerns to the company about this practice, since it's the first time they've done it. We will conduct a thorough review with them after the sale has concluded. In the meantime, you contact Maker Shops support to get your tracking number. Again we're really sorry about this, this hasn't happened before, we were not expecting it to now.
