Wow, people really complained that I didn't use the Turn 3 deathwing to just go for face and win on Turn 6? I guess I should expect this kind of attitude from the backseat gamers these days. Why didn't I do it? Because it's a gimmick showmatch for entertainment, ending the game on Turn 6 with 1 minion is not entertaining. There's nothing the Legendary deck can do to stop that. The only card you could play to even slow that down is Hogger on Turn 6 (since it's the only taunt in the deck outside of Al'Akir) and that's assuming that I play no other cards the entire game. I know the Legendary deck inside out, it only has one taunt (2 if you play the Shaman variant, but Al'Akir is an 8 drop, so that's too late), its only 2 pieces of direct removal can target a taunt (Black Knight) which Deathwing isn't and a random creature (Ragnaros) which will come out 2 turns too late. So barring an incredible lucky Alarmabot from Hafu and assuming that I leave that Alarmobot alive, that was a guaranteed, easy and frankly fucking boring win. So I'm sorry if I offended the God of Misplays with my egregious sins, but call me a heathen who prefers to show entertaining games to his audience, even if it means not taking the optimum route to victory in a match that has no actual consequence.
