Departing Sprout
As the announcement shows, myself and Sprout have decided to part ways. Even though it was a short amount of time I spent with the team, it was clear early on that it just wasn't a good fit with roles clashing and not having the same vision for the IGL to take and create space for the team as I believe this way is the best for me to call. With me coming back from a longer break and then having just one month to prepare for the RMR I felt like we had no time to implement the roles I would have liked for the team. Along side a rough RMR this would be the best outcome for both parties.
I wish the Sprout lads all the best of luck and I hope that they are able to move on from the problems within the team and play to their potential because they are all super talented. I'm sure with an IGL who will fit into their structure better, the team will be back to winning ways.
Looking forward, I am super excited about what the next chapter could bring. I will continue to grind and work on my game and not let as much time pass between being active. CS2 is also waiting right around the corner and I'm excited to grind that out.
