this might be long i dont know

After mediocre 2022 results and a disappointing PGC finals the team has decided to remove me from the Wildcard roster. When I came out of retirement in mid 2020, I sought out the goal of winning a regional major and seeing success globally.

After proving myself and my capabilities while moving through a few rosters (Illusion/Dodge), I found a home with an iteration of the Gascans roster. This is where I met nicoos. At first I didn't think too much of him because he was very quiet but with some time playing together he ended up getting a lot more comfortable and I realized he had enormous potential. It's been over 2 years now playing with Nico and although I still think he's holding himself back, I believe he's grown into a top 5 player in the region (when he wants to be). Nico is a phenomenal human and friend, love you bud.

Mid-way through 2021 we made a roster change as we were looking for a player who was solid overall and capable of molding to our WWCD playstyle. We landed upon GregShotGG, a player who's been in the scene for quite a bit but never had the opportunity to play with a top team. Greg had much to work on early. His over-aggressiveness would get him killed often, his awareness was sup-par and his communication lackluster, but it was his drive that kept me interested in him. The guy was willing to work harder than anyone else to fix his mistakes and improve and I respected the hell out of him for that. He's come a long way and his hard work has and will continue to pay dividends for him. Greg you're a beast, I hope to see you continue to grow because you deserve it.

Just over a year ago, after failing to qualify for PGC 2021, we made the team decision to remove Hikerman. He was an incredible teammate with insane mechanics and made it just really fun to play with him, but we believe we needed more if we wanted to be at PGC the following year. We knew right away when Ykikamucow became an option that he was going to be a good fit. The guy is cracked and has an insanely positive outlook on things, nevermind the out-of-region experience he would bring to the table. Cow was a huge pick-up for us as-well because he pushed all of us to be better. His personality brought lots of energy to our team and he inspired me to be more positive. Cow you're a great guy and a natural leader, I believe you can lead these boys to more success.

There isn't a whole lot to say about Znooper (our coach). While our ideas clashed and we disagreed on things here and there, he works hard and I respect hard work.

Ultimately I still haven't reached the main goal I had set out, although there were a few very close calls. With the announcement of the new competitive structure for 2023, it makes it more difficult for me to start over and rebuild a team from the ground up. With that said, I'm looking for a team that I truly believe can compete for a top 4 spot in the Americas region. I know I still have what it takes to be a top player and I know the value I can bring to a team whether I'm IGL or not.

Thanks for the read, I know it might have been lengthy but I just wanted to speak my mind. :)
