future changes for Senhyakkin uploads
So I just realized senhyakkin's anniversary is in like... 3-4 weeks and I have not posted a single update on the comic page in almost a year.
At the rate I'm currently going, I won't have anything to show for anyone and I will most certainly fade into obscurity if I take any longer to resume public uploads.
For a while now I've been posting chapter 11's pages exclusively on Patreon, with the plan that those pages would be all released in bulk on the webcomic page once the chapter is completed. I had been hoping that it would be finished by the date of Senhyakkin's anniversary.
Things don't seem to be turning out as planned, though. With less publicity and a longer wait time for the chapter to release, I've been seeing less feedback which has negatively affected my momentum with the series.
So here's the plan: Starting November 8th, I will be changing my upload format to release 3-5 page uploads PUBLICLY on https://senhyakkin.webcomic.ws every month. Subscribers to my Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/bandkanon/) will continue to receive early-access uploads several weeks in advance of everyone else, but the pages will no longer be withheld until the chapter in question is complete.
Please note that this schedule is subject to change, depending on how the new upload format and other conditions in my life affect my productivity.
Additionally, I have another, Original Content project available on https://ondes.webcomic.ws that has been uploading with a similar format to what is intended for Senhyakkin. It shall be a series of short-stories set in a world that my friend and I created together, and I hope to share it with everyone here. Perhaps if you read it, you may be able to draw thematic parallels between Senhyakkin and Ondes~
