GTR – Announcement text

Today marks my last day in Dignitas.

Back on the 1st of January 2020, I joined forces with my former NIP-teammates with a simple goal in mind – to be able to compete on the big stages again. Fast-forward to September 16th same year. After a joint decision, I was benched from the Dignitas’ main roster. I suddenly found myself in a situation where I had to think outside of the box – and I had to reflect on my life as suddenly being an ex-professional Counter Strike-player.

For a good while I considered my situation and which direction to go. As you may know, I decided on streaming, and I don't regret one bit.

In collaboration with my management, Forevr, I planned out my next moves and after discussions with Dignitas, it was agreed that I should stay onboard to become one of the organization’s content creators. A decision which has had a significant impact on my everyday life ever since; with my health and through re-uniting with things and people that I have neglected through the years.

However, “all good things come to an end” as the old saying goes. I owe a lot to Dignitas – and to the kind people behind the curtains; Heather, Robin, Michael and many more – and I could say a lot. Yet, I want to keep it short. Thank you, Dignitas. Thank you for not only making me grow as a human being but also for making me look at my future differently from what I did before. Thank you.
So, what's next for me? Well, that's still something that I’m working on together with Marco and Marc. I assure, you’ll be the first to know!

One thing is certain though – I will continue to be streaming. 5 years ago, I didn’t imagine what an impact streaming would have on my everyday life, but I’ve grown to love it. It’s such a wonderful feeling when I turn on my stream and my community vibe out with me on a normal Tuesday evening. So, expect to see me on Twitch, sipping my soda in my wine class and having a blast.

I hope to see you there!
