T1 팬분들께
가장 먼저 저는 T1 팬분들께 지금의 혼란을 야기하고 실망을 끼쳐드린 점에 대해 진심으로 사죄드리고 싶습니다. 저를 포함한 몇 명의 T1 직원들은 논란이 되고 있는 사설 T1 팬 디스코드 서버에 참여했었습니다. 저는 해당 디스코드 서버에서 아래와 같은 잘못을 저질렀고 이에 대해 인정하고 사과하려고 합니다.
첫째, 논란이 된 해당 디스코드 서버에 저와 일부 직원들은 내부자이기에 가질 수 있었던 T1에 관한 정보와, 사진을 공유하였습니다. 해당 내용들은 외부, 특히 대표성을 띄지 않는 사설 디스코드에 공유되기에 적절하지 않은 내용들이었습니다. 이는 변명의 여지없이 잘못된 일들이었으며, 모든 팬 여러분의 권리를 침해하는 행위였다고 생각합니다. 추가로, 말씀드린 사진 중 일부는 멤버십 프로그램에 관련된 것이었으며, 멤버십 플랫폼에 올라가지 않을 사진이기에 괜찮다는 생각은 제 판단 착오였고 멤버십 프로그램에 대한 여러분의 신뢰를 저버리는 행동이었습니다.
둘째, 해당 디스코드 서버에서 저는 ‘오너’ 문현준 선수에 대한 부적절한 언급을 했습니다. 평소 열심히 운동하는 ‘오너’ 선수를 대견하게 생각하던 저는 사진 촬영에서 오일을 뿌리자는 농담을 했고, ‘thirst trap’이라는 단어를 사용했습니다. 저는 이 사건으로 인해 시즌 중 ‘오너’ 선수에게 불필요한 방해가 되었고, 직접 진심을 다해 사과했습니다. 저는 저희 선수들을 저의 다른 가족으로 생각하고, 지금도, 그리고 미래에도 그들의 성공만을 바랍니다. 다시는 이러한 일이 없도록 하겠습니다.
셋째, 해당 디스코드 서버 내에서 한국 T1 팬들에 대한 일부 이용자의 인종차별적 발언이 있었던 것으로 파악되고, 해당 서버에 있었던 저를 포함한 T1 직원들은 이에 대한 항의나 조치를 취하지 않았습니다. 제가 이에 대해 당시에 알았다면 즉각적으로 조치를 취했을 것입니다. 그러나 그렇게 변명하기에는 이미 과거에 T1 공식 디스코드에서 비슷한 일이 있었기에 이러한 문제에 대해 저는 더욱 주의를 기울였어야 했습니다. 이에 대해 파악하지 못하고 이후에도 해당 디스코드에 남아있었다는 점에서 이는 명백히 잘못이 맞습니다. T1은 어떠한 형태의 인종차별도 용납하지 않으며, 특히 T1의 팬에 대한 인종차별에 대해서 함께 싸울 것입니다.
위와 같은 잘못에 대해 저는 회사와 협의해 스스로 감봉 6개월 처분을 받기로 했습니다. 이에 더해, 어떤 채널에서도 선수단에 대한 사적인 언급을 하지 않을 것임을 약속드립니다. 또한 해당 디스코드 서버에 있었던 직원들도 모두 징계위원회에 회부하기로 하였습니다.
무엇보다 플레이오프를 준비하고, 월즈 진출을 위해 노력해야하는 이 중요한 시기에 불미스러운 일로 선수단과 팬분들께 심려를 끼쳐드려 죄송합니다.

致T1的粉丝们：
首先，就目前对粉丝造成的困扰和失望表示诚挚的歉意。包括我在内的几位T1职员参与了近期引起争议的T1粉丝Discord服务器；在此，我想就在该频道上犯下的几点错误道歉。
第一， 在有争议的Discord服务器里，我与部分职员公开了仅限内部人员知情的信息和照片; 相关内容并不适合在不具代表性的非官方Discord服务器上公开。我认为该行为毫无疑问是错误的，也是侵犯了所有粉丝权利的行为。另外，以上提及的照片中一部分为T1会员服务（”T1 Membership”）相关内容，由于该部分照片未上传到T1会员平台，我错误的认为照片可以使用，由此失去了大家的信任。
第二， 在该Discord服务器里发表了对’Oner选手‘文炫竣的不当言论；我认真运动的Oner选手感到自豪，但开玩笑提及Oner选手拍照时帮忙涂油，当时我用了 ‘thirst trap’这个词。对Oner选手造成了不必要的干扰表示深深的歉意。我认为队员们是不同形式的家人，无论是现在还是将来，我都只希望他们获得成功，在此向大家承诺今后不会再有类似情况发生。
第三， 在该Discord服务器里的部分用户就T1韩国粉丝发表了种族歧视性的言论，而当时在此服务器里的我和其他T1职员们都未对此进行抗议或采取措施。若在当时了解到该事件，我会立刻采取措施。然而对此我无法辩解是因为之前已有类似事件发生，而我应该更加注意才对。我认为当时并未采取任何举措，并未退出服务器的这个问题无疑是错误的。T1不会容忍任何形式的种族歧视，特别是对T1粉丝的种族歧视，将会与粉丝们一起斗争。
就以上表述的几点错误，经过与公司协商后决定自行减薪6个月。此外，我承诺今后无论在任何平台上都不会发表有关选手私人信息。而当时参与Discord服务器的几位职员的问题也将转交至纪律惩戒委员会处理。
最重要的是，在此重要的时机，向努力备战季后赛，并认真准备参与世界赛的选手们i带来了不不便，对此表示深深的歉意。

Dear T1 fans,
I would like to apologize from the bottom of my heart to all the T1 fans for causing this confusing and disappointing turn of events. It is true that several of T1 employees including myself were involved in the Discord server that has been causing controversy. I acknowledge and would like to ask forgiveness for my wrongdoings as admitted below.
First, on the Discord server in point, I along with some T1 employees have disclosed sensitive information and posted pictures that were shared or known only internally. It was an inappropriate move to share such information and pictures externally, especially through an unofficial outlet. This incident is inexcusable and unfair to all our fans. It was an error in my judgment. I undermined the trust of the T1.fan membership by wrongly thinking that it was okay for me to post some of the photos since they were not going to be used.
Second, I have made inappropriate comments about ‘Oner’ on the Discord server. I am proud of the hard work he has put into working out, and I made a joke about spraying oil on him for a photoshoot and used the phrase ‘thirst trap.' My actions have caused unnecessary distraction to ‘Oner,’ who is busy with the ongoing season, and I gave my sincere apology to him directly. I consider the players to be another family for me, and I only wish them the best of the best now as well as in the future. And I will make sure nothing like this happens again.
Third, it has come to my attention that racist remarks were made on the Discord channel against T1's Korean fans, but neither I nor the other T1 employees that were on the server filed a complaint or took action. I would have done something right away if I had known about this at the time. However, it is not an excuse. I should have been more mindful because a similar incident has happened in the past on the official T1 Discord server. It was a clear mistake of mine not to realize what was going on. Furthermore, it was wrong for me to remain on the server. T1 does not tolerate any form of racism and will fight together against it - especially any racism towards T1 fans.
I have made the decision to take a six-month salary cut and not to speak out about any personal details about the team on any channels, following an internal discussion with the company. Additionally, the T1 employees that were on the server will be sent to the disciplinary committee.
Once again, I would like to sincerely apologize to the players and the fans for the recent events - especially since the team is busy preparing for the playoffs and working towards a spot in Worlds.
