[공지] 프로미스나인 채널 관련 향후 서비스 운영 사항 안내

플레디스 엔터테인먼트입니다.
프로미스나인을 아껴 주시고 응원해 주시는 팬 여러분께 진심으로 감사드립니다.
프로미스나인이 8인 체제로 팀을 정비함에 따라 향후 프로미스나인 관련 서비스 운영 사항에 대해 안내드리오니 이용에 참고 부탁드립니다.
1. Weverse, 팬카페
- 2022년 8월 1일(월) 0시(KST), 장규리의 프로필과 ID는 삭제되나, 계약 종료 이전에 작성한 게시글은 그대로 유지됩니다.
2. flover Membership & Weverse Shop
- 2022년 8월 1일(월) 0시(KST) 이후 장규리와 관련된 Membership Only 콘텐츠는 업로드 되지 않으나, 계약 종료 이전에 작성한 게시글 및 출연 콘텐츠는 그대로 유지됩니다.
- Weverse Shop에서 판매중인 프로미스나인의 기존 앨범과 머치(품절 상품 제외)는 변동 사항 없이 그대로 판매됩니다.
3. 온라인 공식 계정 및 커뮤니티
- 2022년 8월 1일(월) 0시(KST) 이후 프로미스나인 공식 SNS 계정, 홈페이지, 팬카페, 위버스, 유튜브, VLIVE 등에 장규리와 관련된 콘텐츠는 업로드 되지 않으나, 계약 종료 이전에 작성한 게시글 및 출연 콘텐츠는 그대로 유지됩니다.
- 장규리의 개인 인스타그램 계정은 그대로 유지되며, 기존과 동일하게 장규리 본인이 직접 운영해 나갈 예정입니다.
4. HYBE INSIGHT
- HYBE INSIGHT 내 콘텐츠 중, 장규리의 초상이 사용된 부분은 다음 리뉴얼 시점까지 그대로 유지됩니다.
5. 우편 사서함
- 2022년 8월 31일(수) 23시(KST) 이후, 장규리 앞으로 도착하는 우편물은 부득이하게 반송 또는 폐기되어 전달되지 않으니 참고 부탁드립니다.
6. 채널나인 및 비하인드 영상 콘텐츠
- 이미 촬영이 완료된 채널나인 및 5th Mini Album 'from our Memento Box'와 관련된 비하인드 영상 콘텐츠 내 장규리 출연분은 편집없이 업로드 됩니다.

[Notice] Notice on Operation of Services Related to fromis_9 Channels
Hello.
This is PLEDIS Entertainment.
We would like to thank all the fans who have expressed their boundless love for fromis_9.
We would like to provide information on the operation of fromis_9 related services after fromis_9 becomes an 8-member group.
1. Weverse, Fan Cafe
- JANG GYU RI’s profile and ID will be deleted as of 00:00 AM, Monday, August 1, 2022 (KST), but you will continue to be able to access posts uploaded before the termination of the contract.
2. flover Membership & Weverse Shop
- Membership Only content of JANG GYU RI will not be uploaded as of 00:00 AM, Monday, August 1, 2022 (KST), but you will continue to be able to access posts and content uploaded before the termination of the contract.
- fromis_9’s previously released albums and merchandise (except for sold out products) on Weverse Shop will continue to be available for sale.
3. Official Online Channels and Communities
- Content related to JANG GYU RI will not be uploaded on fromis_9’s official social media accounts, website, Fan Cafe, Weverse, YouTube, V LIVE and other online channels as of 00:00 AM, Monday, August 1, 2022 (KST), but you will continue to be able to access posts and content uploaded before the termination of the contract.
- JANG GYU RI’s personal Instagram account will continue to be maintained and the artist herself will continue to operate the channel.
4. HYBE INSIGHT
- Content of HYBE INSIGHT containing JANG GYU RI’s likeness will continue to be maintained until the next renewal.
5. Post Office Box
- Please note that as of 23:00 PM, Wednesday, August 31, 2022 (KST), any mail sent to JANG GYU RI has to be returned or discarded.
6. Channel_9 and Behind the scenes videos
- Content from the 5th Mini Album “from our Memento Box” activities including Channel_9 episodes featuring JANG GYU RI will be uploaded without any editing of JANG GYU RI’s appearance.

fromis_9への温かいご支援・ご声援をお寄せくださっているファンの皆様に、心より感謝申し上げます。
fromis_9が8人体制でグループを整備することに伴い、今後のfromis_9関連のサービス運営事項についてご案内いたしますので、ご利用の際にご参考くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
1. Weverse、ファンカフェ
- 2022年8月1日(月) 0時 (KST)に、JANG GYU RIのプロフィールとIDは削除されますが、契約終了前に作成した投稿文は引き続きご覧いただけます。
2. flover Membership & Weverse Shop
- 2022年8月1日(月) 0時 (KST)以降、JANG GYU RIと関連するMembership Onlyコンテンツはアップロードサービスが終了いたしますが、契約終了前に作成した投稿文や出演コンテンツは引き続きご覧いただけます。
- Weverse Shopで販売中のfromis_9の既存のアルバムおよびグッズ（品切れの商品を除く）は引き続き販売されます。
3. オンライン公式アカウントおよびコミュニティ
- 2022年8月1日(月) 0時 (KST)以降、fromis_9の公式SNSアカウント、ホームページ、ファンカフェ、Weverse、YouTube、V LIVEなどにJANG GYU RIと関連するコンテンツはアップロードされませんが、契約終了前に作成した投稿文や出演コンテンツは引き続きご覧いただけます。
- JANG GYU RI個人のInstagramアカウントは維持され、今まで通りJANG GYU RI本人が運営していく予定です。
4. HYBE INSIGHT
- HYBE INSIGHT内のコンテンツのうち、JANG GYU RIの肖像が含まれている部分は、次のリニューアル時までそのまま維持されます。
5. 郵便私書箱
- 2022年8月31日(水) 23時(KST)以降、JANG GYU RI宛に到着した郵便はやむを得ず返送または廃棄され、アーティストにお届けすることができませんのでご参照ください。
6. 『Channel_9』およびビハインド映像コンテンツ
- 既に撮影済みの『Channel_9』および5th Mini Album『from our Memento Box』と関連するビハインド映像コンテンツ内のJANG GYU RIの出演部分は、編集なしでアップロードされる予定です。

衷心感谢各位粉丝对fromis_9的喜爱与支持。
根据fromis_9调整为8人组合形式，今后fromis_9相关的服务运营事项如下，敬请参考。
1. Weverse、FAN CAFE
- 2022年8月1日(周一)0点(KST)，张圭悧的简介与ID将被删除。但合约终止前的发布内容将继续保留。
2. flover Membership & Weverse Shop
- 2022年8月1日(周一)0点(KST)起，将不再上传与张圭悧相关的Membership Only内容。但合约终止前的发布内容及出演视频将继续保留。
- Weverse Shop正在销售的fromis_9专辑与周边(售罄商品除外)将继续销售。
3.官方网络账号及社区
- 2022年8月1日(周一)0点(KST)起，fromis_9的官方SNS账号、官网、FAN CAFE、Weverse、YouTube、VLIVE等将不再上传与张圭悧相关的内容。但合约终止前的发布内容及出演视频将继续保留。
- 张圭悧的个人Instagram账号将维持不变，且与此前一致，由张圭悧本人亲自运营。
4.HYBE INSIGHT
- HYBE INSIGHT的内容中，使用张圭悧肖像的部分将保留至下次更新时间点。
5.收件箱
- 2022年8月31日(周三)23点(KST)后到达的寄给张圭悧的信件包裹将做退回或废弃处理，无法转交给艺人，敬请参考。
6.CHANNEL_9与花絮视频内容
- 对于已拍摄完毕的《CHANNEL_9》和迷你5辑《from our Memento Box》相关花絮视频内容中张圭悧的出演片段，不做另行剪辑处理，将照常播出。
