Concerning the EG/Stew situation

English version. French bellow pour mes amis francophones.

Regarding the stewie/eg situation

I want to clarify a few points:

First of all, my intention was not to directly harm stewie.
Obviously, I am aware that highlighting his behavior publicly will harm him, but there is a border between wishing someone bad and denouncing an injustice, a behavior that has gone unpunished.

Even if anecdotes (the fact of not saying hello, refusing tactical breaks, etc.) concern the internal life of a team and that some find it inappropriate to bring it to light, it is not in my temperament to remain passive in the face of an injustice and that seemed to me to be the only option. Is this right, is this wrong, am I risking my reputation to do this? Unfortunately or fortunately, I don't think like that. I do what feels right to me. Maybe it will harm me, maybe I will change in the future.

I want to come back to a detail: the quote about the fact that stewie was nice to me during the pro league "just to piss off Damien", it was taken out of context: when I spoke about it it was rather an assumption sarcastic, and it called into question the fact that indeed, we didn't have a problem directly between stewie and me. Our relationship was cordial and there was good mutual support and respect despite what I thought of his behavior. We had to stay professional and move the team forward despite everything.
I don't regret anything I said and I know it's the truth. I just wanted to clear up this point that stewie came back to.

I had been offered to share all the information (other anecdotes, videos, clips, screens) anonymously to a journalist and that would have made it possible to highlight all that more clearly but that would have indirectly put other members of EG in danger. I also judge that there was no need for that to highlight the inadmissible behaviors of which I spoke and the very paradoxical management of this situation by EG.

I'm not asking anyone to believe me, I'm asking everyone to develop their critical thinking. I'm at peace with what I said, that it's the truth and nothing has been exaggerated.

I'm not doing this for the buzz, I'm not doing this for revenge or outright harm, I'm doing this because it felt right to say out loud what many people were quietly thinking. I am not afraid and I assume the consequences.

As insane as it may seem to those who think manicheanly, I wish Stewie the best of luck, specifically I wish him to use this failure (all of us failure, sort of) to move forward, whether as as leader or player. I know he can bounce back if he wants to. I also wish the same to all EG members.

Let's move on now.

________
