Leaving my analyst position for Chiefs

I've decided to leave my position of analyst for Chiefs. There is several reason to it, but the main reason is simply lack of time. I'm having another activity and my free time as been very limited over nearly the past 2 years since I joined the roster.

Also I cannot deny that my interest for the game is not as strong as it used to be, and the problems we encoutered during our last stage didn't help in term of motivation, neither the amount of game I had to prepare in a short period that sometimes made me feel very busy and tired.

I therefore think that the best for me but also for the roster was to find someone else with more time and motivation. I'm very glad we did found someone that I believe will be an amazing addition for the roster.

My main and nearly only motivation over the past 2 years with the team as always been to try to help them doing better just because I really like them as person and I'm really happy of the success we did encounter and overall the progress they all did.

That's also why even if I'm no longer contracted, I agree with the boys to keep being here for small advice and especially talks when needed. So I'll be acting as a kind of "free manager or free adviser".

It's actually what I did enjoy the most since I started to be a coach, now 4 years ago, and I know some of the discussion we had in the past really helped us especially during hard times.

This is probably the end of this incredible journey for me on this game as a coach and analyst, and I'm so glad of all I could have done. I met incredible person, I learned and improved a lot of skills that goes beyond the realm of the game and of esport.

From 7th in OCN before I joined to 4 OCN titles and 2 major participation, is there something else I could have asked for ?

I withdraw but I don't disappear, my work will be limited, but the whole team knows that I will always be there to support and help them.
