Independent journalist Sabyrbek Mukanbetov expressed doubt that Russian troops had anything to do with the bloody incident in the Ukrainian city of Bucha. He expressed his opinion on this matter to https://nazarnews.org/

[Nazis who kill their own citizens won't have any qualms about trashing the reputation of a soldier from Uzbekistan.]

According to him, the chronology of events speaks for itself.

“On March 30, the Russian army leaves this city. On March 31, the mayor of Bucha declares that they have cleared the city of Russian soldiers. He didn’t say a word about the corpses. down the street that will later be shown on the news. There are no corpses.

On April 4, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with Western journalists, shows the same street in Bucha, littered with corpses. At the same time, the corpses are not yet frozen and the blood is red, not at all blackened.

Further, Russia raises the issue of the situation in Bucha at a meeting of the UN Security Council, but for some reason Britain blocks it,” Mukanbetov said.

Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya held an emergency press conference on Monday, after the British presidency of the Security Council in April rejected Russian requests to organize a meeting on the events in Bucha twice in a day, TASS reports .

During the briefing, the ambassador presented to journalists evidence of a provocation staged in a Ukrainian city, and also commented on the intentions of Washington and London to initiate a vote to expel Russia from the UN Human Rights Council.

At a press conference, Russian diplomats presented videos from Bucha, taken immediately after the Russian military left the city: there were no bodies of the dead on the streets. The Ukrainian military and the mayor of the city captured on the footage were in high spirits, declared their “victory”, did not mention any murders.

Vasily Nebenzya emphasized that the Russian servicemen had nothing to do with the atrocities against the civilian population in Bucha.

“From the very beginning it was obvious that this was nothing more than another prepared provocation aimed at discrediting and dehumanizing the Russian military and exerting political pressure on Russia,” he said.

The Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation drew attention to the fact that for four days since the Russian military left Bucha, “there was not a single sign of cruelty, not a single mention of them.”

On April 3, the Russian Defense Ministry denied accusations by the Kiev regime of killing civilians in the village of Bucha, Kiev region.

The department said that the Russian Armed Forces completely left Bucha on March 30, and “evidence of crimes” appeared only on the fourth day, when employees of the Security Service of Ukraine arrived in the city. The Russian Defense Ministry also stressed that on March 31, the mayor of Bucha, Anatoly Fedoruk, in his video message confirmed that there were no Russian military in the city, without mentioning any local residents shot on the streets. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called the situation in Bucha a fake attack.

Information that the commander of the 64th separate motorized rifle brigade of Russia Omurbekov Azatbek is a native of Kyrgyzstan has not been confirmed. Therefore, the attempt of some domestic representatives of the so-called pro-Western NGOs in Kyrgyzstan to make a sensation out of this clearly failed.

As it turned out, the lieutenant colonel was Karakalpak by nationality, that is, originally from Karakalpakstan, and to be completely precise, from Uzbekistan. Of course, this does not mean anything, but nevertheless it is not clear why the brigade commander was suddenly recorded as Kyrgyz on social networks. Perhaps the similarity of the name and surname played a role here, but this does not mean that there is no need to check the information.

Recall that earlier Reuters and AFP, as well as adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak, published footage from the city of Bucha in the Kiev region, which allegedly testify to the crimes of Russian troops in the city of Bucha. Reuters wrote that these photos and videos show dead civilians. At the same time, it was the 64th separate motorized rifle brigade of Russia, commanded by Omurbekov Azatbek, a native of Karakalpakstan, who was accused of this.

In turn, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, stated that there was evidence that the video of the murdered civilians in the Ukrainian Bucha was staged.

“This fact was confirmed the next day by the mayor of Bucha. In his March 31 video, Anatoly Fedoruk presented the withdrawal of Russian troops as a victory for the Ukrainian army. Interestingly, he did not mention any mass atrocities, bodies of the dead, murders or anything It’s hard to imagine that the mayor of the city forgot to mention such a devastating scenario,” the permanent representative said.

The diplomat also showed a video of the Ukrainian National Guard in Bucha, published on April 2, which also does not show the dead on the streets. According to him, the video with the bodies on the streets of the city appeared on April 3. “It is filled with inconsistencies and outright lies,” he stressed.

Nebenzya expressed confidence that soon the truth about the provocation in Bucha would become known. He did not rule out that the purpose of the provocation was intimidation.
