The future for The Last Dance

PS: TLDR at the bottom.

Greetings everyone, ech0 (@hongwei898) here, back with another update regarding the upcoming future for the team.
We know everyone eagerly anticipates which organization the team will be signing with and the changes within the roster (if any).

First, I am excited to announce that all 5 (Tolji, Hoven, Rixx, Adinepa & Ape) of our core roster from APAC Relegations will be sticking out with the team, with no further intended changes until the next transfer window.

Now, for the juicy bits with regards to the organization. Across the past few weeks, the team has received offers from various organizations after securing a slot in APAC South. However, it became evident that most of the organizations interested in the team were evidently low-balling the team with little to no room for negotiations.
It breaks my heart to say this, but I think the team deserves much more than that and the team themselves also agrees with that sentiment.

A few days ago, we narrowed our options to essentially two teams. While both offers were quite competitive, we've decided to head with Team B. Unfortunately, after accepting Team B's offer and rejecting Team A, Team B stated they were experiencing some difficulties and would take longer than usual to sign the team.

This essentially leaves us with no organization to represent, at least for the first few weeks or even the first stage in 2022. On the other hand, being rejected earlier on, Team A naturally lost interest, leaving the team in a tough spot. Fortunately, they were generous enough to restart discussions with them, but there are no guarantees due to past circumstances.
Essentially, the team is still LFO at this point while:
1) Discussing with Team A, or
2) Waiting for Team B's offer.

Moving forward, the team will most likely still be competing as The Last Dance in APAC South 2022: Stage 1. It won't be the first time an org-less squad is competing in a regional league, nor definitely, it is the last.
It is definitely underwhelming not to have an organization's backing despite having a slot in APAC South, but I will be taking full responsibility for what has happened.

It was my own hindsight that these types of situations can happen, and I've learned many lessons from this particular situation. It should have been clear to me from the start that nothing is set in stone until it is recorded in black and white.
I want to reiterate again that these potential issues were undoubtedly caused by me, and I wish to publically apologize to the team and the fans. Lesson learnt: Regardless of how affluent an organization might be and what it promised, keeping a road open for the team is extremely important and is something I have learnt the hard way throughout these few weeks.

Coming into APAC South 2022 with all the changes and upgrades happening with other teams (e.g. iG, Elevate, Chiefs, Wildcard etc.), the team will undoubtedly be dubbed as the underdogs in the league.
That being said, I hope our fans continue to support the team and cheer for us during this season. Thank you so much.

TLDR: The Last Dance is still LFO at the moment (with pending offers and discussions); I definitely messed up on my part.
