clearing things up + roster changes

Hey everyone, I am sure by now you probably have heard that the team and @arcadecs have split up.

I wanted to say thank you to John (@arcadecs) for putting in more work than almost anyone I have ever met. Being a friend of his for years, I felt great when I had the opportunity to introduce him to the program and offer him a spot on the team. Seeing your teammates in class, at home, and at the esports lab every day is a dream. Being able to hang out with John after knowing him online for so many years feels surreal and still simply hits different, as we have that same passion and joy for the game. Although there were some internal conflicts in the team leading up to this change, this version of the team really played well and had great times together while it lasted. I am sad things did not work out and hope the best for John, and hope somehow our paths can cross again one day.

- Went to Fragadelphia 15, placed 13-16th
- Won ESEA Main S38, first collegiate team ever to win an ESEA division
- Won Prizepicks AWPtober ($10,000)
- Qualified to ESEA Advanced, made playoffs this season
- Placed 2nd in NACE Starleague 2021

In terms of what is next for the team, the Varsity team is looking to add a player or someone willing to stand in for the ESEA Advanced Roster for Season 40. The Varsity team is now:

We are looking for a lurker/rifle, preferably someone potentially looking to enroll and play at Davenport University (@DU_Esport) either this semester or someone attending 2022. Adv Exp is preferred, and someone is available to play 5-6 days a week. We are also listening to offers for the ESEA team from players not looking to attend the university, looking to just play for one season.
