As you probably already saw in the Uprising Twitter post I've decided that I'll be retiring from playing Overwatch professionally. The last couple years have been very hard on me mentally and I want to take some time to step away from playing and focus on my health.
Over the last 5 or so years of playing I've had so many amazing experiences being on different teams and travelling to places that I never thought I would, I got to live a dream that I couldn't have even imagined prior to the release of Overwatch and for that I will always be thankful. To all the teammates including players, coaches and other members of staff I've had throughout my career I want to thank you all for the time we shared and know that I cherished the great moments I was lucky enough to spend with all of you. To the fans who supported me whether it was during Contenders, world cup or The Overwatch League, your support always picked me up when I was having a rough time and seeing you root for me and my team no matter how we performed never failed to put a smile on my face, I am so grateful to each and every one of you.
As for what I'll do next I don't know for sure yet. With Overwatch 2 on the horizon if I enjoy it I might play a bit casually so hopefully I'll see you all around.
