My ban at R6 read:

Hi Leute,
hiermit erkläre ich euch mal die aktuelle Situation und meinen Ban. Es hat alles damit angefangen,
dass mein Alt Account, mit welchem ich in erster Linie mit Zuschauern gespielt habe, Ende April
gebannt wurde wegen angeblichem Cheating.
Da ich mir nichts vorwerfen kann und wusste, dass es vermutlich ein Fehler des Systems war, habe
ich direkt am 24.04.21 den Verantwortlichen der GSA Bescheid gegeben, bevor es durch Dritte an sie
herangetragen wird und so Klärungsbedarf entsteht. Ich war mir sicher, dass wenn sie den Grund des
Baus überprüfen herauskommt, dass der Account wegen den Statistiken gebannt wurde. Ich hatte
eine Headshot Rate von ca 80 Prozent und war unter Level 100.
Gesagt getan ging das Warten los. Am 25.05.21, nach einem ganzen Monat, kam dann die Nachricht,
dass der gebannte Account nicht entsperrt werden würde. Der Ban werde aber nochmals überprüft
und validiert.
Es wurden ebenfalls meine anderen beiden Accounts überprüft und diese sind clean. Der Account mit
dem ich in der GSA Spiele hatte keine Auffälligkeiten und deshalb hat der Ban auch keine
Auswirkungen auf unsere bisherigen Ergebnisse.
Kurzer Zwischenstand. Mein Account mit dem ich competetive Spiele ist komplett clean. Hier konnte
nichts festgestellt werden. Absolut nichts. Weder in den Moss Dateien noch über das super gut
funktionierende Battle Eye. Ich bin mir sicher, dass ich mich zu den besten Spielern in Deutschland
zählen kann. Ich habe in der GSA zu diesem Zeitpunkt die meisten Entrys mit 14. Meine Entry Stats
sind mit +5 Top 3 der GSA gewesen. (Vor unserem Leistungseinbruch) Das alles auf einem Account
der clean ist. Bei dem nichts gefunden wurde.
Wieso sollte ich nun auf einem Account, mit welchem ich fast ausschließlich mit Zuschauern aus
meinem Stream spiele, cheaten?
Dann am 04.06.21 bekamen wir die endgültige Nachricht. Der Ban sei validiert und somit bleibt er
bestehen. Ich werde für ein Jahr vom competetive Rainbow Six Siege gesperrt.
Jetzt kommt das Beste: „Bitte beachtet, dass Sperren, die aufgrund einer BattleEye Überprüfung
verhängt werden, nicht angefochten werden können.“
Bitte was? Meine Zukunft in diesem Spiel wird hier gerade zerstört und ich darf es nicht in Frage
stellen? Ich weiß, dass ich komplett unschuldig bin und werde ohne das Benennen eines Grundes für
den Ban (vermutlich, weil nichts gefunden werden konnte) dazu gezwungen es hinzunehmen.
Ich bin wahrscheinlich nicht relevant genug, dass Ubisoft sich drum kümmert. Bekannte Gesichter
bekommen ihre Accounts innerhalb von 24h wieder entbannt. Ich warte ein Monat, auf die erste
Rückmeldung und dann nochmal eine Woche bis sich etwas getan hat.
Am 04.06. bekamen wir die Botschaft. Nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit, in der bei der GSA Pause war.
Transferfenster schließt am 06.06. GGWP
Wir haben Neixtro und Luna nachmelden können über das Wochenende und das war pures Glück.
Über diese kurze Zeit, so qualitativ hochwertige Spieler für das Team gewinnen zu können ist krass.
Zu meiner aktuellen Lage. Wir werden weiterhin alles versuchen, um meine Unschuld zu beweisen,
bzw den Account nochmals überprüfen zu lassen. Für mich sehr suspekt war, dass wir nachdem wir
durch ein bekanntes Gesicht der R6 Com mit Ubisoft Montreal Kontakt aufgenommen haben, war die
erste Meldung, dass der Account niemals vom Anti Cheat Team überprüft wurde. Die
Verantwortlichen der GSA beteuern jedoch, dass es überprüft wurde. Ich weiß einfach nicht mehr
weiter.
„Der Ban wurde validiert“, „BattleEye Bans dürfen nicht angefochten werden“
Bis heute habe ich keinen Grund genannt bekommen.
PENTA und Spaawn haben sich darum gekümmert nochmals Gehör zu finden. Über viele Kontakte
haben sie es hinbekommen, dass sich der Sache nochmal angenommen wird, da es anscheinend
keine Beweise gab.
Dann bekamen wir endlich seitens der GSA die erhoffte Nachricht am 14.06.2021. „Wir erhielten
soeben die Nachricht, dass im Fall Levolution bis auf weiteres alle Sanktionen und Kommunikation
zurückgehalten werden, bis der Fall vollständig verifiziert wurde. Sobald uns dazu weitere
Neuigkeiten erreichen geben wir dir natürlich Bescheid.“
Also hätten sie mich vorher gebannt ohne sich sicher zu sein. Ich mein WTF. Es geht für mich um so
viel in dieser Sache.
Heute 07.07.21 um 11 Uhr dann der erneute Schlag ins Gesicht. Sie haben den Ban erneut bestätigt.
Ich weiß nicht mehr weiter und sage dazu nichts weiter mehr … Außer: ich brauche all eure Hilfe!
Egal ob ihr mich hasst oder liebt. Ich flehe euch an.
BattleEye ist von Menschen programmiert und deswegen mit Sicherheit nicht fehlerfrei. Diese Fehler
wollen aber nicht gesehen werden. Das ist hier das größte Problem. Ich bin aktuell nur ein Opfer des
falschen Stolzes von Ubisoft. Anstatt dass wie bei anderen größeren R6 content creatoren der Fehler
eingesehen wird und öffentlich kommuniziert wird, dass es ein Fehler war, wird bei mir darauf
beharrt, dass das System keine Fehler macht. Ich bitte euch alle. Helft mir wo es nur geht. Ich habe
nur noch eine Chance und die besteht darin, dass ihr mir helft.

Ich bin einer von vielen mit fehlerhaftem Ban. Ich weiß von vielen Leuten, die hiermit Probleme
haben, es aber nie gemeldet, bzw öffentlich gemacht wurde. Ich bin von Grund auf ein sehr ehrlicher
Mensch. Ecke zwar oft mit anderen an, lüge aber nicht. Ich würde niemals in diesem Spiel cheaten.
Ich spiele R6 seit mehreren Jahren täglich für mehrere Stunden. Ich trainiere jeden Tag in Aimlab, um
irgendwann ganz oben dabei zu sein. Das ist mein Traum. Den würde ich mir nicht zerstören, indem
ich auf einem Stream Account cheate.
Ich bitte euch, wie widersprüchlich ist das?
Ich bin unschuldig. Alleine bin ich zu irrelevant für Ubisoft. Bitte helft mir liebe R6 Community. Hier
geht es nicht um Liebe oder Hass, sondern um Gerechtigkeit.

Hi guys,
I would like to explain the current situation and my ban. It all started when my alt account, with
which I primarily played with spectators, was banned at the end of April for alleged cheating.
Since I can't blame myself and knew that it was probably a mistake in the system, I directly informed
the responsible persons of the GSA on 24.04.21 before it was brought to their attention by third
parties and thus a need for clarification arose. I was sure that if they checked the reason for the
construction, they would find out that the account was banned because of the statistics. I had a
headshot rate of about 80 per cent and was below level 100.
No sooner said than done, the wait began. On 25.05.21, after a whole month, the message came that
the banned account would not be unblocked. However, the ban would be checked again and
validated.
My other two accounts were also checked and they are clean. The account I play with in the GSA had
no abnormalities and therefore the ban has no effect on our results so far.
Short interim status. My account with which I play competitive games is completely clean. Nothing
could be detected here. Absolutely nothing. Neither in the Moss files nor via the super wellfunctioning Battle Eye. I am sure that I can count myself among the best players in Germany. I had
the most entries in the GSA at this time with 14. My entry stats have been top 3 in the GSA with +5.
(Before our performance collapse) All this on an account that is clean. On which nothing was found.
Why should I cheat on an account with which I play almost exclusively with viewers from my stream?
Then on 04.06.21 we got the final news. The ban was validated and therefore it remains in place. I
will be banned from competetive Rainbow Six Siege for one year.
Here's the best part: "Please note that bans imposed as a result of a BattleEye review cannot be
appealed."
Please what? My future in this game is just being destroyed here and I'm not allowed to question it? I
know I'm completely innocent and I'm being forced to accept it without giving a reason for the ban
(presumably because nothing could be found).
I'm probably not relevant enough for Ubisoft to care. Familiar faces get their accounts unbanned
within 24 hours. I wait a month for the first feedback and then another week until something has
happened.
On 4 June we got the message. After what felt like an eternity, during which there was a break at the
GSA. Transfer window closes on 06.06. GGWP
We were able to sign Neixtro and Luna over the weekend and that was pure luck. To be able to
recruit such high-quality players for the team in such a short time is amazing.
About my current situation. We will continue to try everything to prove my innocence or to have the
account checked again. For me it was very suspicious that after we contacted Ubisoft Montreal
through a familiar face of the R6 Com, the first message was that the account was never checked by
the Anti Cheat Team. However, GSA officials affirm that it was checked. I just don't know what to do
anymore.
"The ban has been validated", "BattleEye bans may not be challenged".
Until today, I have not been given a reason.
PENTA and Spaawn have tried to get their voices heard again. Through many contacts they managed
to get the matter taken up again, as there was apparently no evidence.
Then we finally got the hoped-for news from the GSA on 14.06.2021. "We have just received word
that all sanctions and communications in the Levolution case are being withheld until the case has
been fully verified. As soon as we receive further news on this, we will of course let you know."
So they would have banned me before without being sure. I mean WTF. There is so much at stake for
me in this.
Today 07.07.21 at 11 am then the renewed slap in the face. They have confirmed the ban again. I
don't know what to do and I won't say anything more ... Except: I need all your help! No matter if you
hate me or love me. I beg you.
BattleEye is programmed by humans and is therefore certainly not error-free. But these errors do not
want to be seen. That is the biggest problem here. I am currently just a victim of Ubisoft's false pride.
Instead of acknowledging the error like other major R6 content creators and publicly communicating
that it was a mistake, they insist that the system doesn't make mistakes. I ask you all. Help me where
you can. I only have one chance left and that is for you to help me.

I am one of many with a faulty ban. I know of many people who have problems with this, but it has
never been reported or made public. I am a very honest person by nature. I often brag to others, but
I don't lie. I would never cheat in this game. I have been playing R6 for several years for several hours
every day. I train every day in Aimlab to eventually be at the top. That is my dream. I wouldn't
destroy that by cheating on a stream account.
Please, how contradictory is that?
I am innocent. Alone I am too irrelevant for Ubisoft. Please help me dear R6 community. This is not
about love or hate, but about justice.

Par la présente, je vous explique la situation actuelle et mon interdiction. Tout a commencé par le
fait que mon compte alternatif, avec lequel je jouais principalement avec des spectateurs, a été
banni à la fin du mois d'avril pour cause de tricherie présumée.
Comme je ne peux pas m'en prendre à moi-même et que je savais qu'il s'agissait probablement d'un
bug dans le système, j'en ai informé directement les responsables de la GSA le 24/4/21, avant qu'une
tierce partie ne porte la question à leur attention, ce qui a nécessité une clarification. J'étais sûr que
s'ils vérifiaient la raison de la construction, il en ressortirait que le compte a été banni à cause des
statistiques. J'avais un taux de tirs dans la tête d'environ 80 % et j'étais en dessous du niveau 100.
Aussitôt dit, aussitôt fait, l'attente commence. Le 25.05.21, après un mois entier, est arrivé le
message que le compte interdit ne serait pas débloqué. L'interdiction serait à nouveau vérifiée et
validée.
Mes deux autres comptes ont également été vérifiés et ils sont propres. Le compte avec lequel je
joue dans la GSA ne présentait aucune anomalie et l'interdiction n'a donc aucun effet sur nos
résultats jusqu'à présent.
Bref rapport d'activité. Mon compte avec lequel je participe aux compétitions est complètement
vide. Ici, rien n'a pu être détecté. Absolument rien. Ni dans les fichiers Moss, ni sur l'œil de combat
super performant. Je suis sûr que je peux me compter parmi les meilleurs joueurs d'Allemagne. J'ai le
plus grand nombre d'entrées dans le GSA à ce stade avec 14. Mes statistiques d'entrée ont été top 3
dans le GSA avec +5. (Avant l'effondrement de nos performances) Tout cela sur un compte qui est
propre. Avec lequel rien n'a été trouvé.
Pourquoi voudrais-je tricher sur un compte que j'utilise pour jouer presque exclusivement avec les
spectateurs de mon stream ?
Puis, le 04.06.21, nous avons reçu la dernière nouvelle. L'interdiction a été validée et elle demeure
donc. Je serai banni des compétitions de Rainbow Six Siege pendant un an.
Voici la meilleure partie : "Veuillez noter que les interdictions imposées à la suite d'un examen par
BattleEye ne peuvent pas faire l'objet d'un appel."
Je suis désolé, quoi ? Mon avenir dans ce jeu est en train d'être détruit ici et je n'ai pas le droit de le
remettre en question ? Je sais que je suis totalement innocent et sans donner de raison pour le
bannissement (sans doute parce qu'on n'a rien trouvé), on me force à l'accepter.
Je ne suis probablement pas assez pertinent pour qu'Ubisoft s'en soucie. Les visages familiers voient
leurs comptes débanalisés dans les 24 heures. J'attends un mois, pour le premier retour, puis une
semaine de plus jusqu'à ce que quelque chose se passe.
Le 04.06. nous avons reçu le message. Après ce qui a semblé être une éternité, pendant laquelle il y a
eu une pause à la GSA. La fenêtre de transfert se termine le 06.06. GGWP
Nous avons pu signer Neixtro et Luna pendant le week-end et c'était une pure chance. Sur cette
courte période, des joueurs de si grande qualité pour l'équipe peuvent gagner, c'est grossier.
Ma situation actuelle. Nous continuerons à tout essayer pour prouver mon innocence, ou pour faire
vérifier le compte à nouveau. Pour moi, il était très suspect qu'après avoir contacté Ubisoft Montréal
par l'intermédiaire d'un visage familier de R6 Com, le premier message était que le compte n'avait
jamais été vérifié par l'équipe anti-triche. Cependant, les responsables de la GSA affirment qu'elle a
été contrôlée. Je ne sais plus quoi faire.
"L'interdiction a été validée", "Les interdictions de BattleEye ne peuvent être contestées".
À ce jour, on ne m'a pas donné de raison.
PENTA et Spaawn ont pris soin de se faire entendre à nouveau. Grâce à de nombreux contacts, ils ont
réussi à faire reprendre l'affaire, puisqu'il n'y avait apparemment aucune preuve.
Puis nous avons finalement reçu les nouvelles que nous espérions de la GSA le 14 juin 2021 : "Nous
venons de recevoir la nouvelle que toutes les sanctions et communications sont suspendues dans le
cas de Levolution jusqu'à nouvel ordre, en attendant la vérification complète du cas. Dès que nous
aurons de nouvelles informations à ce sujet, nous vous tiendrons bien sûr au courant."
Ils m'auraient donc banni avant sans en être sûrs. Je veux dire, WTF. Il y a tellement d'enjeux pour
moi dans cette affaire.
Aujourd'hui 07/07/21 à 11h puis la nouvelle gifle en plein visage. Ils ont à nouveau confirmé
l'interdiction. Je ne sais pas quoi faire et n'en dis pas plus... Sauf que j'ai besoin de toute votre aide !

Le système BattleEye est programmé par des humains et n'est donc certainement pas exempt
d'erreurs. Mais ces erreurs ne veulent pas être vues. C'est le plus gros problème ici. Je suis
actuellement juste une victime de la fausse fierté d'Ubisoft. Au lieu d'admettre l'erreur comme
d'autres grands créateurs de contenu R6 et de communiquer publiquement qu'il s'agissait d'une
erreur, ils insistent sur moi que le système ne fait pas d'erreurs. Je vous demande à tous. Aidez-moi
où vous pouvez. Il ne me reste qu'une seule chance et c'est que vous m'aidiez.

Je suis l'un des nombreux à avoir une interdiction défectueuse. Je connais de nombreuses personnes
qui ont des problèmes avec cela, mais cela n'a jamais été signalé ou rendu public. Je suis une
personne très honnête par nature. Je me vante souvent aux autres, mais je ne mens pas. Je ne
tricherais jamais dans ce jeu. Je joue à R6 depuis plusieurs années, plusieurs heures par jour. Je
m'entraîne tous les jours à Aimlab pour être un jour au sommet. C'est mon rêve. Je ne voudrais pas
détruire ça en trichant sur un compte de streaming.
S'il vous plaît, en quoi est-ce contradictoire ?
Je suis innocent. Seul, je suis trop insignifiant pour Ubisoft. S'il vous plaît, aidez-moi, chère
communauté R6. Il ne s'agit pas d'amour ou de haine, il s'agit de justice.
