Romanian Esports Scene (Nexus - GA)

Hey everyone, unfortunately, I'm in some way "forced" to go with the statement regarding the current situation in Romanian CS:GO scene, especially with Nexus - GameAgents relationship.

I'm not good at writing those so if I write it in random order, or my english is bad, I'm sorry for that, but everything that I will write below is backed up with proofs, and its with full honesty.
Also, i have to point out that this is not an official GameAgents statement, but my personal one (even tho it might be shared on GA profiles so more people in Romania can see, as this is for them).

Let's start with the first point! (I'm gonna avoid our road to the best team in Romania as that's not rly relevant right now, and it's kinda "simple", good scouting, hard work, talent.)

1. s0und leaving to Nexus
Right before that moment, we were doing fine, having good results and Nexus were struggling.
Of course, it was obvious they will try to change something and they approached s0und, which is 100% legit cuz that's how things work.
What was the problem there? The problem was their approach to this situation. They contacted s0und, got info his contract expires and they took the chance, which is again 100% legit and it's our fault we didn't extend the contract.
Why we didn't extend it that time? Cuz we had delays with payments to players and didn't want to extend before we fix those. S0und leaving for free is ok, nothing wrong with that. What was wrong is that s0und came to me with a message that
didn't have much sense, and i knew from the start that it wasn't rly his idea to approach me that way. Some people can confirm that i said few weeks before this change happened, that s0und will replace SEMINTE in Nexus, for me it was obvious.
I won't post screenshots of what s0und wrote to me because, especially now, i understand he was just a victim.
I have nothing but respect and full support for this young talent and he knows that!!!

Ok so we have the first victim, but that means that we need a predator as well right?

4. https://prnt.sc/134n29o

So looking at this, you would say this is a nice and fair conversation, right?
But wasn't that a bit strange that Ang (Nexus CEO) don't know whats going on in his team, like he had no idea change is coming, who is leaving and who is joining?
Of course, he knew, and i was aware of that (as i had information) but i wanted to be polite there, to handle the situation professionally.

2. lauNX leaving to Nexus
Here the story becomes crystal clear for me. Im getting the message from the lauNX almost the same one i got from s0und, and of course, i knew right away what's in the middle, or more precisely WHO is in the middle.
Unfortunately, it was a lot of stress for this young guy who was the first time in this situation and didn't know how to handle it, which is normal at his age.
What connects those 2 stories is the same approach of the players, coming to me with same stories that make 0 sense. So i knew, and i got confirmation, that Ang was the guy to tell/advice them what to write (lie) to me.
So btn approached lauNX and they had talked about potential plans etc.....Then they had a vocal conversation in TS where Ang was waiting and finally made a proposal for lauNX.
That's also fine, and that's normal. Your team is struggling and you want to bring the best players to your team, of course, the best players you find in the best team (most of the time this is not case for us :) ).
lauNX made a decision to accept the offer which is also ok. Damn....i feel so sorry for this kid what he had to go through for this, so i want all ppl to show a lot of love and support to him because he is the future of Romanian CS!
He knows how much support he has here. I wanted him in the team since December last year (Nexus probably didn't know this kid exist that time, but that's also not rly relevant).
However, not so interesting story, right? Well, get ready!

Im telling to lauNX (who was under the contract) that i accept his decision and i support him nothing less than when he was playing for us. Of course, i was sad he is leaving, but you have to accept it, that's how it goes. Im also
telling him to tell the Ang to message me so we can discuss the transfer.

4. https://prnt.sc/134npen
5. https://prnt.sc/134nq6v
6. https://prnt.sc/134nqpw

Okay, so lets take the points from this conversation.
1. He approached me again like he doesn't know anything about this. I was like: "this guy must be kidding me, this is level 99 of disrespect that he shows to me".
For a fact we know he approached lauNX with an offer, have proofs for that of course!
2. By the contract lauNX's buyout was 10,000 EUR. Of course, i go for 20k because i can't stand this guy's arrogance anymore.
3. Like he manipulated with Lau to lie to me he manipulated regarding the contract information.
Now it's also important to understand that im not from Romania and i don't know RO law and don't have many connections there so for that legal stuff i don't know much. It shows out that the buyout can not be fulfilled due to digital signature.
All fine, our mistake, i take that. Unfortunately, GameAgents is not my full-time job, as i have one already, and im doing GameAgents stuff in my free time. Im trying to be there for the guys whenever they need me.
Also, big difference between GA and others is that we have everything transparent here, like players know everything, i show them everything when it comes to money, costs etc (that make no sense, but that's how we do). GameAgents is a passion project for me.
I started the esports journey with GA in 2012 and i will end it with GA for sure.
I will also state here that our payments to players are not always on time, we had delays many times as we are still struggling to find stability in the Romanian market, but at least not coming to players with fake promises and lies.
Im sure players can confirm every single word im writing here.

Damn, i went off-topic. However, point is that i want esports fans in Romania to know what are the things behind the scene.
This is also a message to all Nexus supporters. I call you to keep supporting Nexus team, as players deserve support for their hard work etc.
I also call GameAgents supporters to keep supporting us as this is not the end of the road for us. We are motivated to go into a fair fight, and we are ready to shake hands to every opponent no matter they win or lose against us.

Ah yes, when i say fair fight. Interesting fact:
Nexus Media is the one behind Romanian Esports League, and they own Nexus and Suxen CS:GO teams who play in that competition.
I would call that conflict of interest, but im not rly sure, so if someone can clarify that it would be interesting to hear.
So let Nexus have it all in Romania. Let's have one GODFATHER of Romanian esports, that's what will bring the quality and better scene.

Also, i want to be clear with one more thing as im not a pathetic guy that gonna hate everything there.
What they did with REL is really good and it helped scene a lot, so hats off for that and i want them to keep doing those tournaments.
Also, i want to send message to other teams and orgs in Romania. Keep fighting guys, we are on your side because we want strong competition here as that will make us work harder as well and we all improve together.
I'm happy to see teams like UDP, OneTap, Quantum, Infinite, and others doing a great job. When we joined the RO scene it was everything about Nexus so i think we also deserve some credits for changing that.
We took players who were underdogs and we have built the best team in Romania (ofc im not objective in this), no one can take that from us!
