IMPORTANT!!
We announced our departure from Shooting Soldiers due to non-payment for the last 3 months.
The CEO and Founder "Cfinch" @cfinch_rl , also Editor of @LiquipediaRL, has been promising us since MONTH 1 that we will have our payment next week, and that is how we reached the third month UNPAID.
The main reasons why we will leave the organization are due to multiple deceptions and excuses in relation to the salary that each of the people belonging to the organization received.
This situation is not only suffered by us (Team + Coach, @laucharl @ZhearX_ @bmendesantos19 @Coach_Curtis_), but by all the Staff that he hired to work in his organization .. Designers, Moderators, the Academy, among others ..
When we spoke publicly about our situation, we learned that everyone in the organization had not received their corresponding salary either, but a lot of excuses about it.
I mention @Taitzz (Graphic Designer) who was part of the organization and unfortunately did not receive any payment for the designs he made.
I could mention several other people but they asked me to keep them anonymous for different reasons.
He was cheating on us all this time, he SCAMMED US .. and when everyone started to realize it, he eliminated his discord to prevent everyone from realizing what he was doing.
He was using his Editor Role at @LiquipediaRL to build trust in this region, but it was ultimately all for his own benefit.
Finally, after eliminating his discord, he was saying that we "breached" the contract, as an excuse to say that we were to blame for not paying us, when clearly it is just an excuse to get out of the problem, since we never breached, we simply dedicate ourselves to what we have to, play the game.
