Quitting Call of Duty, Goodbye

I have thought about this a lot over the last few weeks and this is the hardest decision I’ve ever made, but I have come to the decision to not continue competing.

There is a few reasons for this mainly being some financial trouble I got myself in a while back and it’s caught up with me so I need to focus on finding a career path I will enjoy and getting a job soon. The second being I don’t enjoy competing with not a lot to play for, not a lot announced for AMs right now and no events makes it frustrating to scrim everyday for a chance to compete for pro points at the weekend.

I don’t regret competing I’ve had some of my best memories at the few events I’ve been to and online with my friends. If circumstances were different I’d for sure keep playing.

Thanks to all the real ones for the memories and fun we’ve had over the short and long periods of time I’ve known some of you. Especially my boy Wardy, been competing with you since 2014 when we was annoying squeakers. Guys unreal.

Really is the hardest decision I’ve made, tears me up. But best of luck to everyone who continues competing and congratulations to the ones who’s made it and the ones yet to make it. Keep chasing the dream guys!

Much love to you all, goodbye,
Josh
