가장 먼저, fromis_9에게 보내주시는 플로버 여러분들의 많은 사랑과 응원 감사드립니다.
서포트 관련하여 fromis_9 멤버들과의 신중한 논의를 통해 편지를 제외한 모든 기념일 및 스케줄 관련 서포트(선물 및 택배)를 2021년 1월부터 받지 않는 것으로 결정하였습니다.
이에 2020년 12월 31일 7시까지 공식 팬카페를 통해 사전 협의가 이루어진 서포트 및
서포트 배송지로 도착한 택배만 아티스트에게 전달 가능하며,
이후 협의 없이 보내주시는 서포트를 포함한 택배는 아티스트에게 전달되지 않고
일괄 반송 또는 무통보 폐기 처리되오니 이점 참고 부탁드립니다.
항상 fromis_9을 향한 아낌없는 애정 보내주시는 플로버 여러분께 다시 한번 감사드리며, 앞으로도 많은 관심과 사랑 부탁드립니다.

The following notice is regarding the support for fromis_9.
First, thank you, flover, for all your love and support for fromis_9.
As to support to fromis_9, after careful discussion with the members, we have decided that all support related to anniversaries and schedules (i.e., gifts and parcels) except for letters will not be accepted starting January 2021.
Thus, only support that has been arranged in advance through the official fan website page by 7:00 p.m. on December 31, 2020, and parcels delivered to the support destination by 7:00 p.m. on December 31, 2020, can be delivered to the artists.
Please note that all parcels, including support sent after that time, will not reach the artists and will be returned to sender or discarded without notification.
Thank you again to all of flover who never spare their generous affection for fromis_9, and we appreciate your unwavering love and interest.

まずfromis_9を愛してくださるfloverのみなさん、誠にありがとうございます。
サポートに関してfromis_9のメンバーたちと慎重な議論を重ねた結果、2021年1月からは手紙を除くすべての記念日・スケジュール関連サポート（プレゼント及び宅配）の受け取りをご遠慮させていただくこととなりました。
従って2020年12月31日午後7時までに公式ファンカフェで事前協議が行われたサポート及び
サポートの配送先に届いた宅配のみ、アーティストにお届けさせていただき、
その後、事前協議なしに送っていただいたサポートを含む宅配はアーティストにお渡しすることなく
一括返送または通知なしに廃棄させていただきますので、予めご了承ください。
いつもfromis_9にたくさんのエールを送ってくださるfloverのみなさんに重ねて御礼申し上げます。

首先感谢flover给予fromis_9的厚爱与支持。
关于直接或邮寄给fromis_9的礼物，经与成员们慎重的探讨后决定，除了信件之外，从2021年1月起将不接受任何与纪念日及日程相关的礼物（包括快递）。
因此在2020年12月31日晚上7点前事先通过粉丝官咖达成一致的礼物，也将转交给艺人。而未经事先通过粉丝官咖达成一致的礼物或快递，只限在2020年12月31日晚上7点前抵达的物品，转交给艺人；而逾期抵达的物品，将予以退还或者不经通告做报废处理，敬请谅解。
