Liga Promessa and Playoffs
The playoffs are now done and we, unfortunately, fell short of qualifying for LPLOL, so for now. 2020 is done and dusted for myself in terms of League of Legends thus concluding my first year as a League Manager.
First of all, I'd like to thank my players this split for their hard-work and dedication throughout the split and they grew leaps and bounds from where they initially started when I came onboard. Every player I had the privilege of working with this split, I won't forget either of them.
Vortum - You are an insane toplane and have a bright future ahead of you. You will do well in any team that you go into. Your mechanical plays often changed the balance in the game to our favour. You will go far in the League scene and become one of Portugal's best.
Saeken - Your jungle from when I first saw you, to the last game was a huge difference. You have put so much work in becoming a better player and its clear to see. Unreal potential and I know I'll have to look out for you in the future.
Lemonhead - The commander. The one who always kept everyone on the same page and ensured that we focused on what to do next. Your teamfighting abilities is surreal, you often hit a big shockwave or a huge Syndra stun that would win us the fight. Keep working hard.
Eg0 - The first ADC I worked with in the team.You are honestly a super strong ADC. Any team will be lucky to have you on the roster and there's still alot for you to learn, that thought is a scary thought. Can easily become Portugal's best ADC.
Reine - What can I say? A Danish Superstar who slotted in instantly within the team. You done everything you could and more. Super clean and will carry anyone to victory. Let's not forget the massive winning spree that happened once you joined. Changed the dynamic around.
Beat - I don't know what'll miss more, your jokes and banter or you missing Naut Q's on walls! On a serious note, you were superb throughout and professional. I know what we spoke about at the end and I will always wish you the best in the future whatever you do away from League.
All the coaches/analysts - I cannot thank you enough for the work you've put in to ensure that this team worked together in an optimal way and it's a shame we are unable to celebrate glory at the end of it all. I'm sure we will all find success in one way or another.
For me, I will continue to be with GTZ Bulls for the foreseeable future and I'm beyond excited to put into action what we have planned for the upcoming split next year. This time, we will be stronger than before and let it be known, EUM, I am coming for you in 2021.
