Spectator Bug abuse

I did use coaching BUG back in 2019 during my time in Aristocracy against Hunden’s Team.

Firstly I would like to apologize to ex Tricked players (MAD Lions now), We Play Forge of Masters tournament organizers, Team Aristocracy and everyone who could potentially be offended by me abusing coaching bug in that game, which means whole community probably.

I want to point out that during my carrier, which is almost 20 years now — being humble and fair to other contenders was always the main thing to me. Peoples who know me will most likely agree that I'm not a person who will try to find “shortcuts” to get the job done. That’s one of the reasons why I decided to tweet about COACHING BUG some weeks ago. I wanted to go public with this issue because I felt like peoples should know that this kind of BUG exist and it might have a big impact on some games. From my point of view, this is where all the drama started, despite the fact that Michał Słowiński was already taking care of it, which I learned later.

Back then I didn’t even know that I'm included as well. All I knew is that I used this BUG once, I knew on which map, and who was the opponent, but I wasn’t even sure if it was an official game or not. I found out a Reddit post which explained how to use HLAE to check it. So I went through all “suspicious” demos (We’ve played Tricked many times during that period, not only in officials) and found out that I used this glitch in one of them (We lost that game anyway). Here is where I decided to call Michał and confess my guilt about it. Also, I did confess my guilty to ESIC before they officially posted about this opportunity for coaches to admit guilty. You might believe this or not, but that's the whole story.

You might be wondering why I didn’t tell about my case publicly. I just didn’t want to make a bad PR for my current team Wisła Kraków, which is not included in this by any margin. I knew it will be published by ESIC anyway, I just didn’t want to add oil to the fire, which was already huge.

From what I know, ESIC checked all my demos and that was the one and only time when I used the bug (There is also one round from 2017, I didn’t even remember that one and from the video I get from ESIC it looks like I didn’t know what's happening and disconnected right after the round). I did get feedback, that whenever else it happened to me I always escaped to normal view, so maybe that’s something which makes my words about being humble and fair to other contenders worth considering as truth.

I know there are no excuses for what I've done, and I'm here to take responsibility for my mistakes. Personally, I really regret that day and mistake I made by not escaping this bug. I feel very sorry and ashamed, but it is how it is. After all, we are all just peoples, and peoples are making mistakes, not only in the game but also in real life, I have learned my lesson here. I really hope I will not get burned at the stake by our community, cause like many others here I devoted my whole life to the game which I really love.
