Statement regarding PixelatedCandy and Eli.

Two weeks ago I filed a federal copyright infringement and misappropriation lawsuit against @PixelatedCandy and Eli (@RootieDaHoodie) for evidently stealing copies of Royale High in the production of Crown Academy. There were a lot of allegations going around several months ago regarding the matter, but I hadn't spoken up on it publicly yet since I was making arrangements to pursue it legally. Now that it is officially underway, I wanted to make a brief statement to clear things up. Typically I wouldn't make a public statement and would like to respect the other parties' privacy regarding the issue, however I felt it was necessary in this case because they were spreading misinformation regarding an individual, Tyler (a.k.a StarWars) who was the one that came forward to us with this information.

To summarize things in a nutshell, Eli worked for Royale High for a brief period of time, so he had access to the game. He used this access to download copies of our game (versions even after he was contracted) that were used in the production of their game, Crown Academy. PixelatedCandy was aware and supportive of the theft, and even instructed him to steal because she knew that he had access to our game. I have attached lawsuit below which is public record for more context.

Eli and Pix were claiming that he had forged the evidence to get back at them because he was a disgruntled employee for getting fired. This is not the case. Tyler chose to leave Crown Academy voluntarily when he found out what Eli and Pix were doing. (https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/611254355013664768/735182247539245086/unknown.png) Additionally, how could have Tyler forged the evidence and known exactly what my code looked like if he never worked for Royale High or had access to the code?

I did not want to have to write this post, but since there was so much false information spreading around about Tyler to the point where his reputation was destroyed, that's when I felt I really needed to say something. The information is out there and in public record now, so people can come to their own conclusions. This will be our final public statement on the matter - the rest will be handled at the discretion of the courts.
