Kazuya is trying to convince Chizuru to be honest with her grandmother. He asks her a bunch of rhetorical questions about if she wants to lie to her last living relative, and if she really wouldn't feel guilty about that, is this really how she wants things to go. Chizuru says she might die with a grudge towards Kazuya, who says he doesn't give a shit about that, he only cares about Mizuhara's feelings. She tells him to stop acting like he knows everything. She says she hates unhappy truths, and storms off.
Kazuya takes that as confirmation that she feels guilty. He thinks he doesn't care about himself, he just wants her to be happy. He wonders if there's nothing else he can do, when he gets a LINE that makes him run out of the room, and he gets the feeling there's still something...
