My statement regarding Froot and Venia
Hello everyone, by writing this statement I only wish to provide meaningful evidence that will make further light of the events that have transpired between Froot and Venia.
Last December, after a late Wednesday night of playing smash at the current Xeno venue, I spent time with ZTN, Jul, Y2K, and Venia after the tournament ended and the venue closed. Due to the freezing cold we walked inside a deli nearby and got some food to help us warm up. As we're ordering our food Venia calls Froot, and puts her on speakerphone. They were all talking in a friendly manner as I assumed they would, but for some reason the group wouldn't let me talk to Froot. I only wanted to say hi and join the conversation but Venia held the phone away from me for most of the call. Even when they started a video call he blocked the camera away from my view, and I honestly thought of it as a harmless joke at the time. Y2K recorded part of the conversation that involved ZTN (what I assumed to be) jokingly asking her to date him when he got older.

As they continued what seemed like harmless jokes, Venia then asks Froot if he and ZTN could stay at her house that night due to how late it was. The conversation continues with Froot calmly denying them alongside her friends who were with her at the time listening to the conversation through her phone. I still wanted to say hi and Venia still persisted with his bit, so I dm'd her on Twitter joking about the call since I honestly thought everything that was being said was all in good fun. I admittedly played along with the conversation as my voice was picked up in both videos because I thought we were all just having fun and wasn't aware of the full context behind everything being said.

A few minutes after I sent those messages, she knows that I'm with the guys and she says hi to me through Venia's phone. Everyone heard with them being bunched up around his phone, and then Venia turned to me and called me a little snitch. I still think this is all a joke so I merely break out in nervous laughter as I walk away to the other side of the deli and they continue talking. I came back a few minutes later and everyone's close to saying goodbye for the night. I do that same as well and walk back to my college dorm.
Now to recap the information presented throughout the past few days
Venia and Froot's stories have their controversies start from the night him, ZTN, and Dara stayed the night at her place from a different tournament long before that phone call. From Froot's pov, Venia woke her up as they were sleeping in her bed, and he sexually interacted with her. Dara overheard what was happening while she was sleeping on the floor and Froot pulled away. The next day, Venia is scared about Dara talking about the night before and is worried that it'll damage his reputation since he was previously in a relationship with someone else a week before this. Venia's story is that Froot tried to have unconsensual sex with him as he was drunkenly asleep in her bed. He went in her bathroom for 2 hours until he thought she went back to bed. He left her house the next morning and never spoke about it from there. He also mentions in one of his videos that ZTN and Dara (who was kept hidden for privacy reasons but has since come forward with her involvement) were there.
If Venia is telling the truth, then why did he call her asking to sleep at her place? Why would he want to go back to someone who he's now accusing of attempted rape long before this conversation at the deli?
I'd like to note that in his video testimonial that since he avoided mentioning Dara, he also avoided how he felt about her knowing about the situation. In Froot's testimony, she explains that Venia is very concerned about Dara talking about what happened and due to his constant worry among other factors, she calls off their relationship to avoid causing anymore stress for Dara. This directly lines up with what happened at the deli.
Ever since that night, Venia has never talked to me regarding that conversation. He probably wasn't worried about me knowing since it wasn't as private or serious compared to what transpired before that. But it all goes back to why he tried so hard to block me out of the call. He didn't want to deal with another situation similar to Dara and have to worry about me bringing that night up at all whether it'd be online or in person. To further back this, when Venia was accused of predatory behavior from Jut, he tagged AceAttorny and ZTN in his thread of videos to confirm certain behavioral patterns with Froot and act as witnesses against her.

I believe this is why he was perfectly fine with everyone joining in on the call except for me. To Jul and Y2K they probably thought it was harmless fun since they both didn't know anything about what's being brought to light at this time, but for Venia he had ZTN to defend him if anything were to come up from my own behalf.
And now that night is plugging holes in his video statements.
I want to support my friends however I can and make the smash scene a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, and I hope that bringing this up at least helps those instances in some way. I'm so sorry for the pain you must've endured during that call and everything else beyond that Froot. If you're reading this Venia, then please answer my questions if your story holds true.
TLDR; Venia called Froot one night with me at a deli near Xeno asking her to sleep over at her place even though he accused her of attempting to rape her in his sleep long before that phone call.
