Genuine question about Pad's ladder / w3champions
A few years ago, Pad saved WC3 competitive ladder when bnet was filled with hackers. We could find safe games rapidly and host competitions with a great ping.
Then Blizz patched the game heavily and w3arena was abandoned.
Now Pad is saving WC3 again giving it the features missing in the official game. Profiles, logical matchmaking and at the very least a working ladder (!!).
What will you guys do when bnet catches up ? Isn't there a risk that Pad is currently exhausting himself working on w3champions and that everyone will move back to bnet when Blizzard fixes it, considering they ever do ?
It's a genuine question, not a criticism of the great work done. Pad is capable to do alone on his spare time a work that a gigantic company seems unable to properly do at the moment.
